I’ve come here twice - once in 2019 and once last week. Both times were disappointing - but I guess I didn’t learn the first time. This latest time my usual place was busy & I needed a pedi for the beach. The lady who did my nails was very rushed and hurt me several times. I thought maybe I was being sensitive but when she put the acetone on my nails 7/10 of my toes burned immediately. You can tell they were raw. It literally hurts to put close-toed shoes on! Not ideal for right before the beach or anytime. I’m sure their regular customers are treated fine, but I would NOT come here on a whim. They might fit you in, but what’s the point if they’re too busy to not do an acceptable job? There are much better salons in Germantown, Frederick, Urbana, etc.
I love the service. However, I am kind of tough on my hands and my preferred nail tech decided to try to help the issue of nails popping off by putting a drop of nail glue on my natural nail growth underneath the acrylic and nail extension to try to prevent them falling off. This helped a lot except for one of my nails decided it wanted to start popping off and ended up ripping off my entire nail growth. I only get my nails done to help grow my nails out and not bite them as much and acrylic is the only way I have found that works. The service is great. Prices are a little high however, if you’re looking for a calm place to get your nails done in a small town with food and other amenities close by, this is the place.Services: Sculpted nails
Ann is AMAZING! She always does a beautiful job on my nails! Tiffany does my daughter's nail and always does a fantastic job! The other ladies that I have seen there that do my pedicures do a great job.
Everytime I go to Poolesville nail spa I have exemplary service for a a small town nail spa. Was astonished by the design work I had to accent my nails and prices are very competitive for the area where normally a dip CnC powder manicure starts at $50 and here it is only $40. Will be going back
