Called to have a lock replaced on one of our commercial buildings, and the gentleman that I spoke with was very rude. I asked him if I could pay over the phone and he said they did not accept 3rd party payments, and before I could explain to him that we had a person on site that could pay him he hung up on me. It's sad because we've used them before and never had any problems.
Good service, but has more than tripled in price. They charge $110 to cut and program a key, per key if you bring it on older vehicle. Used to charge $60 for 2 keys in 2020.
Always keep their number. It's the best $60 bucks your ever going to spend in a bind. Service usually with in the hour. Technicians are always courteous. Can't go wrong with pop a lock.
Fast prompt service new fob ,new push button panel, new fob was coded for my truck and was on my way in less than 20 minutes...

Fast, friendly service. Very professional. I would recommend them to anyone! Roscoe was the technician, and he had me fixed up in the first 10 minutes. I had lost the chip out of my key and security was keeping me from starting my car. He fixed my old key and made me a new one and was done that quick. Will never use anyone else. I locked my keys in my car. It was very late at night. It only took 30 minutes from time I talked to insurance company to when, DaleI believe was his name, the tech had my car door unlocked. He was friendly, professional given time of night too. I was impressed and highly recommend pop a lock. Thank you Dale!
