Nick was awesome. Took him like two second to get in to my car we go h has been locked for a while. Honestly Nick is the best in Polk county. I really appreciate it pop a lock. Thanks a million.
Called and scheduled at home appointments twice for a key fob replacement. Technician didn't show up during that timeframe and no one called. I just waited. On the first appointment, he did call a day later, but we were not available. Second time, after an hour and a half beyond the expected window, I called them and they said they weren't sure how long it would be. Everyone was friendly, but they don't seem to respect the time of others, communicate well with customers, or stick to scheduled appointment windows. I'll have to look elsewhere for my replacement.
I use Pop-A-Lock a lot and today I had the pleasure of having Nick as my technician out in Polk county that's where our issue was at they were very prompt they have always been very professional in the whole state of Florida where I have used them but Nick did stand out with his customer service and understanding of the situation will definitely use them again and continue using them as I have for the last 10 years thank you guys be safe
I just want to give a huge thank you to Nick! My best friend of 25 years was recently diagnosed with cancer and was starting her first treatment of radiation and chemo. I had plans to go out of town to go to her first appointment with her. I had my car all packed up and ready to go and I somehow triggered the anti-theft system and my car wouldn’t start. I had roadside assistance come out and they were zero help and told me I’d have to take it to the dealership. I called the dealership and was told that I would have to have my car towed to them and I would need to buy a whole new key and have it reprogrammed because my car would no longer recognize either of the 2 keys I had. They said this would cost me around $500. I called pop-a-lock based on a recommendation, and was told they could send someone out within a couple of hours. They were also upfront and said based on my unique situation they couldn’t guarantee it would be fixed, however, they would still send someone out to try I appreciate them setting expectations up front. Nick called me within 30 mins of me scheduling the service request to tell me he was on his way and asked questions to better understand the issue. Once he got here he literally figured out the problem and got my car started within the first 5 mins he was here. He saved me hundreds of dollars and the hassle of having to tow my car. He also took the time to explain to me what the issue was and what to look out for in the future. Both covers on my key fob were damaged and I had bought a replacement cover that came with an uncut key. One transmitter was still good and he was able to transfer it to the new key fob cover and cut the key and got my car started without any programming needed. Not only was he patient and professional, he was very HONEST and very personable. He has amazing work ethic and you can tell really cares about helping people. It’s good to know that there are still good honest people in this world. Thank you again Nick!
Nick was my locksmith and he was absolutely amazing very professional and if I ever need a locksmith again I hope I get Nick. He was awesome and I will totally recommend him to friends and family for any future needs!
Great customer service from initial phone call, as well as quick response time for my technician Nick to come out. Nick was very professional and was able to complete job quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone.
