POP stands for Private Opportunity Program. It is a program just as it says.
This program gives children opportunities not usually experienced by them.
POP was started in the spring of 2011 and fully implemented for during the 2011-2012 school year. It is funded with private donations through the Community Foundation of Southwest Kansas. All donations are a charitable contribution and considered a tax deduction as indicated by tax laws. Any contribution is accepted, large or small.

In the POP art program we learn about master artists and adopt their techniques to produce a masterpiece of our own.
