For years it was the dream of Pop to open a Butcher Shop with his little brother, and for years it kept getting pushed back. Now after all these years and now that Pop has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease; rather than letting that dream die, his family has decided to make it a reality. Coming this Spring, Pop's Butcher Shop will be bringing back the Old Fashioned Butcher Shop. No longer will you have to stroll through the grocery store picking meat cut by a stranger and packed in a case for days. Our on site Butchers will be able to provide you the freshest cuts of meat provided by local farms, and delivered from our cutting boards to your table. Our butchers have over 50 years of experience, and our meats will be the freshest you can find anywhere, we guarantee it.
