Popeyes

Good service, it's fast food that actually tastes and looks good. My favorite is the shrimp po boy. They pack it with shrimp. Love it. And the kids love the 1 tender meal. Not something we eat a lot, but definitely good for a quick lunch on the go. A meal for myself and two kids cost about $16 after tax.

I've tried most of their menu by now, and I've never been disappointed by the food. The chicken is juicy and has good flavor from the breading; the biscuits have always been warm and fluffy for me; and the fish and shrimp and fish are quite tasty as well. If you want fried chicken or fish, go to Popeye's.

Great chicken but that's about it. Service is very slow. Out of the dozen times I have visited this store, they have fouled up my order 3 times & forgot sauces EVERY SINGLE TIME. Once they had me pull around and wait at the front door. Then they forgot about me - paid for food - but the order mysteriously vanished? They weren't even busy. : They could dominate the market if they tweaked just a few things...

Absolutely did not satisfy me. The chicken was tasteless and did not fill me up at all. Tasted horrendous, and as if it was not spiced. The Mashed Potatoes & Cajun Gravy was cold and not appetizing at all. Definitely would like to see improvement at this location as it is not up to the standards others hold.

The service, depending upon who takes your order, can range from satisfactory to outright rudeness. As just one example of my experience, I went through the drive-thru one afternoon when Popeyes was not particularly busy. I was told that they needed to make fresh chicken and I needed to pull around the building to wait. I am not opposed to waiting an extra few minutes for fresh chicken, and in fact I would prefer a fresh batch. I pulled around the building and- after 12 minutes- decided that they must have forgotten about my order, and that I was waiting outside. I went into the restaurant to remind them, and the manager rudely told me they are still working on it. I was completely taken aback by her tone, and lack of apology for the wait time. I was made to wait another 5 minutes, therefore I was there a total of nearly 20 minutes, to get one combo. The manager, again, did not apologize for anything; for my having to wait outside, then come in to wait some more. This was not the last time I have experienced sub-par service and rude employees.

staff was very nice. but the food was awful. i ordered the spicy chicken which had no spice it looked as if it had been under the warming light for several hours. and then the worst part aside from the food and over priced garbage they served my family and i. was there dining room looked like it had never been cleaned food on the floor napkins and straw covers every where not one table wiped down. so i guess it's pick the cleanest one right not this time i grabbed an employees attention and notified her of the problem at which time she promptly started cleaning while all the others sat and watched her. not impressed at all leave chicken to the folks from kentucky.

Popeyes is quite delicious. Their chicken and biscuits are absolutely the best fast food has to offer. However, they are quite expensive unless you happen to get their special. Overall, a quality restaurant and they do a good job. The associates were all very kind!

The food is okay for cheap fast food. But the staff is horrible. Terrible customer service. The first time I went to sit down and eat, every table was dirty and there were 2 other customers in there. Had to ask to have a table wiped down. And they only wiped one, and left the rest dirty. Also the lady at the counter was horriblely rude and I had to ask her several times for the right sauce. Second time I went through the drive through and the lady was also rude. Also had to ask for sauce twice. I worked in a restaurant for over 3 years I have compassion for employees in the food industry, but the all around experience at popeyes with the customer service was unacceptable. 1 star for me, and only because the food was decent.

Service was fairly fast but there definitely needs to be some training on public service. This restaurant is not very organized. One of the workers had a child I'd guess around 15 months or so wandering around the lobby. They acted like it was "normal or cute". The girl said "be careful he'll try to steal you food" and laughed. I love kids but this is very unprofessional and disturbing. We probably won't be eating here much.

I just finished ordering here, and it was probably the worst costumer service I've ever received. If the managers or owners see this, the shift was 6:30 pm Jan 11. We ordered two large combos, and they gave us small, but that's not the issue. The issue is that there was an older lady working the drive thru who grumbled to her co-workers, "I didn't hear large." She was scowling, and instead of saying, "Sorry for the mistake, I'll fix that for you." She made it seem like it was our fault, then they acted like it was rocket science to upgrade our order. They told us there was no manager that could refund our order, so they made us pay extra. There should always be a manager on duty at any given time to do refunds. The entire time she acted like we were an inconvenience to be there, despite how we were more civil to them. There was a younger worker that seemed caught in the middle of it, the real issue was with the middle aged woman. I like the food here, but honestly, as a former supervisor of a customer service job, this would result in a write up or worse. UPDATE: They also didn't upgrade the sides to large like we asked. They didn't give us napkins, and they didn't give us sauce we asked for. So they made us pay almost $8 extra for the large, but they didn't make everything large. Also, I'm pretty sure it's their job to upsell, so they should have RECOMMENDED the large anyways, not acted like it was an inconvenience.
