Worst drive thru ever! 35 minutes sitting in line for 5 cars. Absolutely no excuse for this! Somebody needs to take control of this place soon. It's a shame because the food is good but service is a joke.Service: 1/5

When I pulled into the drive through there was a total of 6 cars in front of me. It took more than 40 minutes to get my food. They did not have enough Mac & cheese to complete my order so I cancelled a large M&C because I was not paying $6.99 for frys. I just got home to discover my 5 piece 2 can dine meal is 4 wings and 1 thigh. I have put up with slow service and order mistakes in the past because I really like the food but this is the last straw. I will never go there again.

The manager was so rude yelling at the employees in front of customers. To the point that a crew member started crying .The frozen drinks didn't work,didn't have certain pieces of chicken. A very long wait. The food was good. I already complained to your establishment hope you deal with that angry manager. Parking: Great space

Came in no air conditioning that sucks. Took them 15 mins to place my order. While waiting their roof was leaking water all over the floor. After placing the order took 32 mins Absolutely not impressed. I wanted a refund but they insisted it be ready in a couple mins. Never againFood: 1/5

We didn't have to wait long, and customer service was good. But my food wasn't good. I ordered 12pc ghost pepper wings, and instead, they turned my 10 pc family meal into spicy chicken. No ghost pepper wings. Service: 3/5

I placed my order on the website, got a confirmation on my order, but when I arrived at the store to pick it up, the lobby was closed to keep vagrants out. I went to the drive through and found that my order was not received. I got to the window and gave my name, and corrected one who wanted to give me an 8 piece order. Even though I provided proof of purchase, the Crew chief was rude and tried to accuse me of fraud.

Team seemed to be on top of it today. Been coming here for a while and new manager Stephanie seems to be in top of it every time I stop in to grab a bite to eat. Food was pretty fresh and great tasting.Food: 5/5

As always the food is great..I usually have Popeyes twice a month. However the last two times I visited the Hemet location you had to pull up to the window to order..staff was just looking out the window while I was at the menu board trying to order, but the speaker was out of service..they never once ask for me to pull up or explain the hold up..I had to figure it out the hard way..hopefully this issue was resolved..still going anyway ..

Do not I repeat DO NOT order from this Popeyes. They have piss poor service. Never answer their phone, and constantly mess up orders. If you want to play Russian roulette and see which items they include in your order, then this is the place to go to. Also if you want to waste 30-40 minutes in the drive thru where they may or may not respond, then come here. Awful, awful experience. This place should be closed down.

I don't know what happened but this store is out-of-pocket the food quality is poor the biscuits were undercooked the chicken was over-salted and tasting as if they were cooked in contaminated oil and the mashed potatoes were the worst I've ever had. I know I cannot be alone in my observation because there was a line of cars when I placed my order. Other stores in the area are much better I know they're cooking the same chicken but why difference in taste
