Popeyes 11542, Order 37 I asked for it "to-go" after they assumed it was "eat-in". Really upset the woman filling the order and of course our sandwich went missing as well as an order of fries. Popeyes is still the worst. I try them every once in a while and they're still horrible. Not even worth going back to get the missing items. They'd probably spit in my food. I think I'm finally done with them.

Due to lack of staff no dine in was available, only drive thru was open. Long line but wasn't taking too long. Friendly order taker through speaker. Very friendly, happy worker at pick up window. Asked if he was the only one there and he said yes! What??? How can that be? Maybe he was kidding and there was someone doing the cooking but we couldn't see inside. Food seemed fresh and was hot. He just forgot the dipping sauce but otherwise the order was spot on! Did not catch his name, but he deserves a raise and a pat on the back! Such a positive attitude. We swung in early afternoon on June, 7, 2023.

I order a 6 piece combo and asked if I’d be able to try both wings in a meal with a frozen lemonade. I’m not sure if there was a communication error I repeated everything twice and got no fries and a chilled lemonade. This Popeyes has never really hit the mark and their customer service as a whole has been subpar in comparison to other Popeyes I’ve been to. I was in a rush on lunch so i didn’t have time to sort it out.

Great chicken strips! Only reason they even get 3 Stars!! Popcorn shrimp was over battered so it tasted more like seasoned fried flour with a little bit of shrimp. Later realized you only get 4 oz of shrimp on the "Surf and Turf", +2 chicken strips, biscuit, drink... cost of $12 !! Not worth the money. If they lightly battered it, it would have been really good! We went at about 3:30 pm so it was slow. Apparently they cook food ahead of time and put it in heating trays. Makes since if they are busy, but they were NOT Our shrimp was dry and overcooked from the heat trays so they had to cook from fresh. They didn't offer to give us our entire order hot and all together at the same time so we ate the other stuff first and the shrimp last!! At the biscuits were pretty good . First time I have ate at and Popeyes any maybe the last???

My wife's Mother's Day meal of choice this year. The drive through was quite fast. There was a couple of minutes delay after placing the order, but it was pretty quick. The lady delivered to our car with appreciation. The chicken was very tasty and hot. Y'all rock, and blessed our families Mom's day celebration. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I have never been more disrespected by the management in a fast food joint and if you pay for something and they don't have it you should get a refund immediately not let's make a deal you also need to remember if you don't have customers you will NOT have a business! I ordered there online special and they didn't have coleslaw and didn't have the apple pie as ordered and wasn't an option to have the pie cooked until the manager came to the window and she had attitude and nothing got resolved and then I didn't get my sweet tea and nothing got refunded as I had to go through there online system and the manager had the nerve to tell me I had to wait for my sweet tea because I grabbed my bag of food from her in a manner that she felt was appropriate and after sitting in line for food I paid for and wasn't getting and I had a hard day wanting to just get dinner and go home and she had the nerve go tell me I had to wait for my drink and still did not get my desert or coleslaw with my order that again was paid for! Will never spend another penny there and will make sure everyone knows how I was treated and they basically stole money because they didn't provide the items that was paid for. Taking this to corporate as I am not done with this issue.

Used to love Popeyes but now they are always out of anything good and often close early with no warning and quit making food an hour before closing so usually out of everything. And the employees have a BAD attitude! Popeye's sucks now Food: 1/5

The food is fantastic but the manager who was in drive through today really gave me anxiety. She was rude af and was rushing us hard. I couldn't even finish a sentence. There was nobody even behind us in line. She was very aggressive and just rude. I was literally dropping stuff trying to hurry and pay her! She had my nerves shook.Food: 5/5

Orderd through Uber eats. They brought a wrong order; I ordered the 4 piece dinner, but I got 3 wings and a very small breast. My wife ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, it was very bland and the bread was rock like, definitely re-heated multiple times. Also they forgot the coleslaw. I will never eat Popeyes again.Food: 1/5

I really think they should go ahead and let this location go. It's has been a good run but no. Ever since the pandemic hit their dine in option has been closed, it is now over and still no dining in. Makes it hard for the people who do delivery service.There are no more than two or three workerswho are appreciated working at the times I have come in. The food is cold and has set so makes it not edible. I really hate it because I love Popeyes but the food at this location is never good. They should close regroup do a hiring event and open back up when they get it together.
