It's a very long time to wait for an order!!! The rudest employees I've ever seen, they take out your food as if they're doing you a favor if you want to waste your time and enjoy the terrible service, welcome here
I waited so long on the drive thru maybe 25 minutes and there was only 2 cars ahead of me. I ordered 12pc meal 5 thigh 5 leg wings and breast for $43 i pay they still make me wait in the window and the girl tells me to wait on the other side because the chicken wasnt ready yet till 6 minutes im like are you serious i still had to wait this long now this. So i waited another 10 minutes the guy gives me my back i cheked to c if i got everything . Well thats what i thought they ended giving me small pieces of chicken tenders like if they gave me the left over tenders and they where cold not even warm. I call a few times never answered my call i live about 20 minutes from them . I ended up making my order at 8:30 p.m …. Bad bad service….
Be attention: The people is nice but the operation rule is different than other Popeyes, they don’t have Tuesday special whatever you drive how far to there…
2022: dog s service. kids there messing with the food thinking it's cute. sad to see it. didn't take long for this location to become a dump. just low life weirdos here that don't care Updated 08/21/23: came here today, 6pm, and it was great. fresh food, clean facilities, and customer service was friendly and polite! noticed the workers changed too. seems adults are running the place now. hopefully it has changed for the better.
Fried chicken was nicely breaded and still crunchy after a 15 minute drive back home, biscuits had a good buttery flavor, and the mashed potatoes were on point in terms of fast food mash. Got the 8pc family meal in the drive thru and probably waited 3 minutes. Wait time is not bad. Parking: I think less than 10 spots are available
Check food b4 leaving...ordered the 12 piece ghost pepper wings and only received 8...if the guy with long hair and goatee wasn't running hid mouth to the person in the back he would have noticed..this was at2:18 Saturday
The food is good, the service is a touch spotty because everyone's busy, so it's understandable. When dining in, though, the building was too hot and the music was a bit too loud. I would have eaten outside if I had a choice. Then again, this location was built prioritizing the drive-thru, so...Food: 4/5
Don’t bother coming to this location, service is trash and you’ll be waiting for over 25 mins for a simple order. If you do decide to go make sure you check your bag because for sure something will be missing
Worst service waited 20 mins after being told 3 times 5 more minutes. food was cold and stale, don’t know why there was a wait if food was cold and only one person ahead and one in drive through
If I could give this Popeyes location no stars I would. I ordered through the app the other night around 10pm. I quickly drive there only to find the doors locked and the drive thru blocked with cones. Another woman was standing by the door looking confused and I asked her if she was waiting for her food. She said she was with Uber eats and was trying to pick up an order, but couldn’t get in to get the food. We knocked on the door as an employee walked by and ignored us. We both walked around to the drive thru window and a teenager who looked like he didn’t want to be there said his manager was coming to talk to us. The woman and I asked the manager if our orders were ready, and the manager replied that they have NO FOOD?! He also said he had turned off the mobile ordering service and didn’t know why our orders had gone through. The woman asked if she should cancel the order and he said “I don’t know.” I asked if I could get a refund he said he couldn’t give me one because he didn’t have the ability to?!?? I asked how is that possible, and he basically said it was out of his hands because they are a franchise and not an official Popeyes location and that there was no customer support he could refer me to. I was amazed. So Popeyes can take your money and claim they have no food and no way of giving a refund! As I was pulling away I noticed another car pull in and attempt to go through the drive thru, probably had the same thing happen to them. This location should be shut down. Ive come here before during normal hours and they’re just closed. I understand we had a pandemic and places are short staffed but that is no excuse for terrible business practices. I will never come back to this location and I hope this review warns others to stay away too.
