The service is always slow. There is no good time to get in and out. Employees up front don’t listen to the orders and then ask you to repeat quite often. I have eaten at seven different Popeyes restaurants quite often once a weekin the past two years between Natchez and Houston TX and the Natchez store is the worst by far. It’s almost like they don’t care if you have a good experience or not.

Came in by chance while traveling by on a holiday. They were slammed with a line filling the parking lot. I walked inside. They got my order correct and out to me pretty quick. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and was a little short with some of the other customers. But what do you expect when it's a holidayFood: 4/5

I put up with the marginal service because I really like the chicken. My advice is to go in with low expectations and you won't be disappointed... well, not quite as disappointed. The food will be good; it may not be what you ordered, but it will be good.Food: 5/5

Waited 35 minutes on chicken for my crew and got cold chicken been set out all day but had me setting like a fool while I watch 40 cars pass me while I’m pulled up by a stinking garbage can. Then got laughed at. I feel they are prejudice at this location. I spent 110 dollars to give my guys food poison. Will never ever go back to this place again and if anyone got sense you won’t either

Asked for sauce for my kids chicken strips lady at the counter said they discontinued it and asked the next customer what kind of sauce they wanted. Then my 8 year old daughter goes to use the restroom and realizes they didn't have any toilet paper and asked 1 of the employees for some and the employee ignored her over all worst experience I've ever had never dinning here again.

The girl at the register on Mother’s Day had a VERY nasty attitude! My uncle asked for a chicken sandwich to which she snappily replied we’re out of that. He decided to get chicken nuggets and she added we’re out of macaroni and cheese! When I ordered I asked for coleslaw. She tartly stated we’re out of coleslaw. She didn’t say anything smart to my father when he asked for a thigh and a breast. My uncle informed her the order was for dine in and she just looked at him. I stood at the counter and waited for the order. When we finally got it everything was packed in a to go bag. I asked for sweet heat sauce to which I got a we’re out of that! When I got to the table my uncle counted his nuggets. They shorted him one. He started to complain but let it go. There was only one serving spoon in all three boxes. I had to go back up to the counter and ask for spoons. She waited on two customers before she even acknowledged I was standing there. I will NEVER return to this Popeyes establishment again! The food was mediocre at best but the customer service experience was awful!!!!

Never been to one before. We live where there are none. Chicken sandwich was outstanding. Way better than any other fast food places. Had Mac and cheese as side and wife had tenders. Also had apple pie... amazing. Had a little trouble getting the order right and bathroom was a disgrace.Food: 5/5

I come through the drive-thru and I'd sit for a while. They need another Popeyes chicken but the food is always hot and fresh. Very polite service through the drive-thru or in the dining area Wheelchair accessibility: Nice and roomy where you can get a mobile wheelchair in the facility
