Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen

I understand that fried chicken is immersed in oil while cooking but my chicken was dripping oil on my plate and a lot of the breading was missing. I've had good chicken here before and maybe this was a one time debacle but the employee should pay more attention to what they are serving.

I've been here two different times. Both times the chicken sandwich was like eating rubber bands. Also the place is full of smoke. Someone please show them how to cook chicken properly, it makes me sad how much chicken is destroyed by them.

Second time in less than a month they have managed to mess up our lunch. It is always something but today I guess what took the cake was when I called to tell them my chicken was not even in the bag the manager Mark raised his voice at me and said there wasn't anything he could do about it. WOW Train your employees or just stop doing business. All this 1/2 @$$ work is unacceptable.

I LOVE Popeyes chicken, BUT... I went to the Lake Jackson,Tx Popeyes in front of the Lake Jackson Mall*. I ordered the 5 piece special. The wing was so tiny?a drummett; the leg was small, to include the thigh too!!! They must be selling "Hen" parts!! I could actually "shake the box" of Chicken, like 5 Nuggets! I refuse to go back, and throw away my MONEY!!!! NEW** On Jan.20, 2023 went to pick up chicken for family members. The 2 Can Dine 6pc Tenders were "all" 2 inches long .. NO nice "full size" tenders were included!! And one was not "fully cooked!!" Called back to complain, Managerwell stated she was could not FULLY SPEAK ENGLISH??? Don't waste your money and time there!!!!!!

Lake Jackson Popeyes is STRAIGHT TRASH I got a 10pc mix chicken 2 large sizes , Mac n Cheese was sooo old the cheese was separated from the macaroni the chicken was cold i wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here I called the phone like 10xs nobody would pick up

Messed up our $27 order. Went home with someone else's food. Even after asking is this my order? And being told, "yes ma'am". Edit: Counter people were quiet, just not careful. I called the PLK complaint line, and they fixed it. I will learn the lesson, check first, always.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR I WILL!! Chicken is DRY!!!! Apple pie is very old and its color brown inside!!!! NEVER COME BACK IN THIS IS PLACE, people are very rude!!! Need to replace the manager!!!

I don't think they have a drive thru, but the chicken sandwich was very tasty. Only thing that was very sad was that the fountain machine was down, other than that, great service

It doesn't matter where you go. Popeyes is always a little slice of home. Chicken was fresh and juicy here, and they weren't at all stingy with the Louisiana hot sauce. I left very happy and very full.
