Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen

This use to be my go to location. I have cut back a lot due to the increase in price but decreasing the size of product. I'm specifically speaking on chicken tenders and depends on where you go or who's serving, the fries as well. Tenders are getting thinner and thinner. Only reason I go as often as I do is bc these blackened tenders meats the spice level I love.

I come to this Popeyes often and everytime I go the food is ALWAYS fresh! The mac & cheese is sooo good it almost taste baked. All of their sides are made just right at this location. Rell the current manager & her crew are doing an awesome job!Food: 5/5

Food is often hot and delicious, but the service is ridiculously ridiculous. I walk with a cane and it is very painful to stand for more than a couple minutes. The person "taking my order" left me standing there waiting on her. Took a good 5 minutes or so just to place my order, then she walked away while I had the money in hand to pay. It's as if she was trying to cause pain for me. The dining room wasn't clean. Honestly I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Line wasn't long, service was fast and food was hot and delicious! Was a bit disappointed that they were out of red beans and rice but everything else was great! I'll definitely be back! The frozen mango lemonade was also really good.Food: 5/5

Ordered 2 5piece spicy tender meals and and were waiting for an hour didnt even get spicy so i go inside and immediately they know somethings wrong when we didnt even tell them yet so the employee gets the manager and we get our stuff remade but its like they knew they gave us plain chicken instead of spicyFood: 1/5

Ordered a 2 PC dinner with 2 thighs and coleslaw mild chicken. Also ordered a 4 PC spicy with red beans and rice. Was told thighs would take 15 minutes or I could have 2 breasts. We waited for 25 minutes before getting our order. Got home and the 2 PC was a beast and a leg with fries instead of coleslaw. The 4 PC was mild not spicy chicken. This is totally unacceptable as nothing was correct. $34 + for a totally wrong order!

We ordered a 36 piece chicken nugget. Asked for 3 ranch, 3 BBQ and 3 buffalo. First we got the totally wrong order. We knew it would be a wait but over 20 minutes? Then we get our food. 2 ranch and 3 buffalo. Plus no drink. Husband went to get drink while I checked sauces. He had to go back and get the extra sauce after he came back. Just felt like a lot of hassle. The food, however, was on point. Literally amazing!! Best nuggies I've ever had. From my child, husband and myself the food might just be worth the hassle

Same price and I didn’t get anything I wanted and I wanted fries they said no Fries and they said no chicken tenders instead I got normal chicken and Mac and cheese if I could rate this 0/5 I would thanks for looking at my review I paid for 2 small coca-colas and they didn’t give it and no refund and they are always out of stock! Burger King is better!

Ordered food, waited in line, til the car at the window pulled out and the person in front of us would not pull forward. So we wait. And wait. Pull around them after honking and get to the window where we are greeted with “who’s you?!” In a condescending manner from the manager. They then ask us to pull all the way back around cause “they waiting there for a reason” it’s so sketchy, the review about them not wanting to see what’s going on in the kitchen is so on par I just left bc I’m afraid to eat anything out of there to be honest. Beware.
