Popeyes Santa Rosa

Orders are never made right. The food is always bad quality and either lukewarm or cold. Fries always taste old and they never give you sauces that you order. I suggest no delivery so that you can call them out in the moment when they make your order wrong. You would think they could manage making orders right considering the arm and leg they charge for the food.

The first time we went we were over charged for another person’s order, they didn’t fix it. Told to pull in front for food. Waited 15mins no one came had to go find our food and got a cold bag. We tried again. Ordered sauces at box, again at window and got zero in the bag for multiple meals. $16 for one of the 3 piece meals and a strip was the size of a ketchup packet. All of our strip meals were razor thin chicken and all breading. What happened to this place? And to the guy walking around with his hands in his pants at work. You nasty lol

I went to the drive thru on Sunday 7-24-23 around 3pm and ordered a 25 pcs nugget, Large fry, and a frozen mango slush drink. The guy repeated my order at the window and said $25 and some change it was correct so I didn’t bother looking at the receipt until I saw a $62.66 charge on my card and the receipt wasn’t even what I ordered. updated: called and spoke to the manager who will refund me the correct amount once I go the correct amount. Please beware and check your receipts!

I've been here 3 times now. First time they had no sauces, second time they said it would be a 30 minute wait for a 5 PC tender combo, and now they are saying they have no fries. How do you not have any fries on a Monday at lunch?Food: 1/5

I used to go to a Popeye's at City Center in Oakland by my office. It was great. THIS one...no. Won't go back. Can't recommend. $21 for nothing but 8 pieces of chicken. Seemed to have been battered and fried twice. Dark, dry, old. Almost no flavor. Truly awful. Very disappointing. Can't speak to atmosphere as I went through the drive-thru. Service was standard. They had a tip jar I couldnt reach from my window but I tipped with my payment. The food -0.

Last time i went i ordered popcorn shrimp...it smelled spoiled. Decided to give Popeyes another chance, ordered the flounder sandwich & my fav: mashed potatoes & gravy. Sando was good, too big for me to eat in one sitting. I love the cajun gravy with their mashed.Food: 4/5

Well, I mean it's a popeyes... but I gave 5 because surprisingly they almost never give me the wrong chicken mild instead of spicy like every other popeyes. They also give me as much sauce as I want without complaining or charging me.Food: 5/5

Horrible customer service, horrible area for this location, and they give you less than what you order. Always leave something out or don’t give you the right number of things.Food: 2/5

Nice place to have lunch or dinner. Super clean, customer service is great. Chicken has way better flavor than KFC.
