Update: Another great customer service experience! Had to get a cashier's check yesterday and Sachi handled the transaction. She made sure the information on the check was accurate and was friendly to boot.  I was very happy with the customer service I received this morning. Kudos to the teller who handled my transaction and answered a few questions about my account. He was very pleasant and didn't rush me even though he was also taking care of the drive-thru window.

I usually don't take the time to leave a review on circumstances or situations but I felt the need to leave a review for the bad experience I had at this bank.  Personnel is very unprofessional,  doesn't respond to your phone calls always with the excuse , "they are with another customer" while the bank is always empty and doors are locked all the times. I definitely don't recommend anyone requesting any type of service at this particular branch.

System in Florida is outdated Is very obsolete. They  need to improve. Employees needs to be more polite.  I was there on February 2020 to send money to my sister bank account as an emergency. It took 3 or more days for her to receive the money.   They do not wire the money. You deposit the money like  is going out of the US  and they sent it by other means that takes a long time.to get to the destiny.  Is like PR iis  not part of the US. And their BPPR in PR doesn't belongs to the same Banco Popular here in  Florida.Very very old system.

Very friendly, extremely helpful & highly professional staff!from the bottom to the top, everybody welcomes you with a smile. I delt with a lot of banks in the past,  & this one & this branch is the best!

I have been using this branch for 5 years and the atm is always down, nobody answers phone calls. I am not happy.

Very difficult to use their bank on line. Support staff in the Sunrise bank not helpful. Closed my accounts after 20 years.

Horrible customer service. If you’re not Hispanic they don’t want to help. Very dismissive and nonchalant. I will close my account and go to another bank.

Very professional customer care. I would do business with this bank.

I enjoy banking here.
