The scooter worked all of 3 months then won't turn on. Tried to contact the company and I get no response from them for over 2 weeks. I had gotten the extended warranty and was directed to the manufacturer who does nothing. The hub for the rear wheel broke off before this and I tried to talk to the manufacturer about getting a replacement part and had the same results. When it worked it was fine with the 3 speed settings light and charging. I wouldn't recommend this company because they ghost you when a issue arises. Need to have a replacement parts available and a better warranty responses as to email to oblivion. 7/24/2023 This is the 3rd time I have tried to contact you since the scooter will not power on. acts like it is charging but does nothing. I have received no response from this path and at this point I only want a refund for a product that didn't even last a few months. At this point I would also blame amazon for not doing anything since they Populo is no longer listed as the contact for seller and is Amazon LLC. I updated my review for this company today and have decided to update for the location listed from the support site. Suggest not to use this company at all.
Initially, I loved the scooter and the customer service WAS decent. It has since declined SEVERELY. My scooter has stopped taking a charge. I have filled out 2 of the online requests over 3 weeks apart with no response to either email I used. I even replied to an old email thread that used to get responded to...nothing. Calls.....Of the 3 times I've called the number listed here: one time they said they do not work on Populo brands although there is a Populo sticker on the window in photos and put me on hold then never came back I sat on hold for 13 minutes. Time #2: rang, answered, I asked for Populo service and was hung up on. Time #1: Rang and rang. Kept calling. Finally someone picked up, 'Hello?' I asked for Populo and they said 'no' and hung up. *All calls were to the number listed here on Google no number on their website Just frustrated and hope maybe this will reach someone...but doubt it.
I have ordered some spare parts that was shown on the website. It says delivery in 2-5 days. It has been 5 days and my order sits unfulfilled still. Prior to this order I sent a few emails to them and got an automated response with no reply. I was wanting to ask a few questions about a part that was sold out on the website. I guess in hindsight that should have been my hint not to even bother with ordering these parts that shows they are available. I loved this bike but this company does not care after they take your hard earned cash. I regret even buying this bike at this point. If I could give a negative star I would.
The Quest can't be beat for the money. I've only had it one day. I put 20 miles on it and 1 endless smile. I'd suggest it to anyone looking for a fun commuter or that n+1 gravel rig. I replace the tires with something more gravel friendly. 38mm tires fit just fine.
Battery does not last as long as they post
Love the bikes
