We recently had Porter City movers assist us in moving from our apartment to our new house. We were lucky to have David m. And Michael help us move. They were quick and efficient and always checking with us to make sure that the right things were getting packed and put in the right spot at the new house. They were so great that they finished our move under the estimated time while also packing and moving extra things for us last minute. David and Michael gave us a very positive experience and we would gladly recommend Porter City to other friends and family who needed to move.
Port City Movers were great! Frank, TJ and Jamel were so kind and help put me at ease during an undoubtedly stressful time - moving! My move was about 70 miles and they arrived right on time, were very nice and super efficient. I have a heavy upright piano that they managed excellently on both ends of the move. They took care in wrapping my furniture well and were careful with my things. No unexpected charges when all was said and done. This was only half of my move, so when it’s time to move again I plan to call Port City Movers. Can’t suggest them enough. Customer service was excellent and they were fun to be around. Thanks for a great move, guys - you were awesome!
We had a great move with Port City Movers. Everyone was very professional and efficient. Our movers, Will, Randall, and Lee, made sure all of our belongings were well taken care of on both ends of our move. Despite our moves being 4 months apart, they remembered us, which helped make the move feel more complete and welcoming! I would definitely recommend Port City!
These are the best movers!!! They not only saved us in a pinch, they were so kind, so respectful, fast and helpful. They finished the job in much less time than they thought they needed, so they were efficient. They also were transparent when they barely bumped a wall never had anyone be this transparent before!!!, but were so respectful of our new house - they taped up blankets and cardboard to ensure they didn’t mess anything up. Can’t recommend them enough! We worked with Will, Paul, Mike and Daniel. They were even sweet to our dog. Great guys and movers. Hire them!
The move went well. Couldn't ask for a better crew. They were courteous and very helpful. I wish I could have done more to show appreciation. Huge job required an overnight to complete. The crew went the extra mile to accommodate my situation and made sure things were properly placed. An exceptional crew, Minn, Paul, and Rick!!!! Port City Movers you were my added blessing! I rate service
