Port Huron MI. "BridgeWater" is an event that was originally spearheaded by Jim Cox in 1976 and carried for 9 years as one of the grooviest events in Port Huron in the mid 1970's..There is a lot of history behind this story and we're finally uncovering it after 40 years and its coming back!,Thanks to Jennifer. We will keep uncovering her story as we unfold this groovy time capsule of old "memories" and stories from the 1970's, a time in history of Port Huron as it was. Thank you Jennifer Darling.
Lets welcome our community to celebrate the legacy of "BrigeWater" and uncover again the last days of Summer with live outdoor entertainment and fun in Pine Grove Park the way it used to be. Bring the whole family for a BBQ, Picnic, Tailgate with friends or just bring your blanket or lawn chair and sit on the hill and soak up the last warm sun of summer.
There will be sidewalk chalk painting for the kids, raffles, and lots great atmosphere!
