Volunteer Fire Department located in Port Jefferson, NY
The Port Jefferson Fire department is comprised of five companies with a membership of approximately 107 personnel. A Ladies Auxiliary and junior fire department complement the department.
The fire department is charged with the responsibility to the protection of life and property of the residents of the villages of Port Jefferson and Belle Terre as well as the significant amount of tourists that frequent the area.
