1. The phone rings and rings and rings. When they finally pick up you are put on hold. Total time in all on 1 call was 5 min. 2. A month after my first visit, I needed 2 scripts renewed. They informed me they didn't have them on record. I stated I gave them all my information on my paperwork. "Oh" she said, no one entered it into computer. Well, they renewed ONE. After waiting again for someone to answer the phone then waiting after being on hold AGAIN I told them my dilemma and again was told we don't have that info. I HUNG UP. 3. The pharmacy had problems with the ONE script that was sent due to the lack of a code for MC. They contacted the doctor twice to no avail. 4. The nurse practitioner is GREAT. The doctor seemed to be in a rush when he was reviewing my "complete physical test results" . I requested the results of my B12 levels and magnesium only to be told I would receive a copy of the tests. Which I received only after having to ask where they were from the receptionists He told me of a couple of things I had wrong but left out other things that I later came across on my labs. I'm 70 and in no way wish to have to stay on top of doctors and nurses jobs. My memory is going and these are people I am trusting my life with?? NO WAY IN H......
