The Port of Anacortes owns and operates a 950 slip public marina, the Cap Sante Boat Haven in the heart of Anacortes on Fidalgo Bay, marine terminals with three deep water piers and shipyard along the Guemes Channel, the Anacortes Airport, offering commercial services to the San Juan Islands and hangar leases, industrial properties leasing, rental facilities for events, and owns and maintains the beautiful Seafarers' Memorial Park for the citizens of Anacortes and visitors.
The Port of Anacortes is one of more than 70 public ports in Washington.
The Port's mission is to, in partnership with public agencies and private business, develop and manage facilities and services which stimulate private job creation and commerce, while protecting the quality of life, needs and desires of area residents.
Tenants on Port property include ship builder Dakota Creek Industries, marine rope manufacturer Cortland, Puget Sound Rope, Transpac Marinas, Micro AeorDynamics, seafood and yacht sales, restaurants, the Skagit Valley College Marine Technical Center, and the Washington State Ferries. among others.
