If you are a student, the buses DO NOT come when they say they do and they do not go to all the places they say they do. There is a new app called passio go but its super glitchy

This service cannot be counted on. From their archaic method of scheduling rides to the uncertainty of whether your children that have no bussing will have a ride to school. Good luck as a working family trying to use this service. Update: I sure am glad mine and your tax $ go to support this piece of garbage. SURPRISE! Call this morning to schedule a ride for my son and am informed they will no longer be giving morning rides for the high-school. Worthless service.
The lady on the silver Meadows route gets super angry if I tell her she missed my stop. I'm not getting an attitude and she treats me as if I'm being pushy. I just want off. She says she was just pulling up to it like I'm being impatient. I'm not being impatient, you clearly weren't going to stop.
Some, not all, of the morning bus drivers are far too chatty in the morning. You never leave on time and they SNARL when you remind them they are to be gone 2 minutes ago with a line of 12 people by the bus with money and transfer tickets that never scan. There should be a discounted fair for single ride preloaded cards. In contrast, the afternoon is a well oiled machine. Always on time, polite, and helpful, particularly Matt. Overall, ride after the first shift is over.
When I forget my mask to bring driver did not allow me into bus and I respect that it’s a rule but driver it self had not mask on, so if we don’t have mask they will not allow us but if drive did not have mask on then it’s okay for them. Driver was lady with short black hair.
I was walking home from class and when loading my stuff in the car I dropped by wallet. Thankfully I was contacted by the bus driver that someone had turned it in. Whoever found it, thank you so much. The driver made my day! When I went to pick the wallet up the secretary calls someone and this older gentlemen comes out and just hands it to me and sais "next time you might not be so lucky". People make mistakes and I dropped it without knowing. Good thing this guy works in the back, he was incredibly rude.
Usually late. I waited 40+ minutes for a 58 bus and one of them changed routes right as they got to my stop. Receptionist is incredibly rude and unhelpful. If I had any other way to get to class I’d do that. Unfortunately, however, this is my only option. Only redeeming quality is the bus drivers themselves.
Bus should be here 20 minutes after the hour, but this is the third time I’m waiting for half an hour. It’s 3:45 and the bus is 25 minutes late for the third time. Called PARTA and the woman had no idea why the bus was running so late, but said she hoped I saw it within ten minutes. It’s 90 degrees today and last time this happened, I was stuck in the pouring rain. Not to mention that their app never works and the buses never show up on the map. This “service” is a mess.
Drivers are always friendly and helpful.
