I needed touch up paint. I knew the color because I had the house built. I don’t however have an old paint can. The woman I spoke with was rude. Told me she couldn’t make the paint for me despite knowing the color because I didn’t have an old can. It’s a PPG color purchased at this store originally. She advised I repaint my entire house and gave me a business card of a painter. I DON’T WANT TO REPAINT. I want to touch up. I’ll never use PPG paints again.

I simply wanted a color match for a old can of ppg paint. The lady I talked to had a bad attitude and said they couldn’t even make it. Hold on you can’t even make your own paint? Could be a problem.
As soon as we walked in, I was asked to come back later due to him having a big order so there for he could not assist me. Seemed very annoyed from the two questions my husband asked. Went right around the corner and gave my business to Sherwin Williams! Thanks for the great customer service!
