Portillo's

It was a Saturday night around 9:00 I waited 15 minutes from my food meet was cold and hard. Shake was excellent fries were good but the burger and lack of it being done correctly and the fact that it was cold and hard ruin my mail. Usually I complain to the manager if something like this happens but I had a very long taxing day and I was just done.

Always a favorite for Chicago style food. Was in town visiting friends. Good service and great Chicago food! therustynail2014 Shout out: will always be back!

I can say the service is great , employees are very nice . If there's a mistake with your orders, they will make it right. Oh you have to try the ribs so tender and good it falls right off the bone no need for a knife to cut into it. All the food is very good you can't go wrong eating there . Parking: There is handicap parking oh there is outside tables and chairs for eating on nice days .

Food was good, service at counter was good but hand out service lacking. Location was busy but it took over 15 mins for 3 sandwiches and 2 dogs, and 2 fries and 2 cheese cups ordered 5 mins after the first order took the same amount of time both coming out within a minute of each other. Lots of messing around by young employees and talking even when a manager around. Like I said all in all a good location just need to instill some more work ethic in the young employees

It is a well-decorated restaurant with good food. The servings for fries and milk shake are good, but hot dogs were a bit insufficient. Moreover, we decided to order two extra milkshakes at the place, but it took them ~15-20 mins to get two milkshakes done. There were not a lot of customers at the time, but some employees did not seem to be preparing food for customers. Therefore, I think ordering online is the optimal method. Overall, it is a great hot dog place, and I would like to dine-in once the pandemic becomes better.

Absolutely loved the chicken burger here. My cousin who is local to this place recommended me this place. I was astonished by the ambience. It was pretty cool with 60’s stuff. I really felt like I time travelled back lol I would definitely recommend this place for a nice burger, fries and hot dogs. I personally prefer chicken so I had breaded chicken sandwich With cheese fries which was delicious. So crunchy and perfectly cooked.taste was yummy Please visit this and get ready to time travel!

My first time to visit this place and I was not disappointed. The cashier Porcha was very friendly and helped me decide! Very family oriented an the retro look was amazing. I had the Italian beef sandwich dipped with cheese, a little messy but was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend visiting this locals spot!

I make special trips from Michigan just for a Portillos Italian Beef Sandwich with the Hot Gardiner Peppers! Absolutely excellent! All locations I've been to are fantastic and such cool pictures to see.

You have to go ! Really a nice place ,very "American" , price are high as everywhere in Chicago so expect to pay a Hot Dog + fries + coke 12$ . Close late at night ,so good option when you skip dinner because too busy. The only thing I find the sausage too salty . Clean place Pet friendly Parking: Free parking Kid-friendliness: Kids menu
