Portneuf Health Trust is the non-profit owner of Portneuf Medical Center. Our mission is to enhance and improve health in Southeastern Idaho. One of the ways we do this is by offering the FREE Community Wellness Program. We create different challenges to encourage walking, proper nutrition and living healthier lives overall.
