I had a very positive experience with my recent procedure I had At Portneuf Medical Center. I had an out patient procedure and it went very smoothly. I was able to check in 2 hours before my surgery and they quickly got me back to a room where I was able to relax in a bed while I waited. The nurse helping me was very respectful and helpful with getting me IV therapy due to having deep veins. Everyone was informative and supportive and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole thing. I would definitely recommend this facility.
My Doctor and Her Nurse listen to my concerns and find the best possible solutions for my medical treatment. Check in time is quick with very little wait time for your appointment. I love the new decorated decor in their new building. The new building is clean and spacious. The entire staff does an amazing job. I have been going to this medical facility for years and plan to continue for many more years.
I'm in awe and great thankfulness of 99.9% of all the staff at Portneuf. It's been a tough tough time for me. Literally, amongst the dozens dozens of staff there, I 've had one single unpleasant experience out of one nurse. Hopefully, shell catch on. But again, at this juncture? I'm truly humbled by the general nature of the staff. Highly respectful. Highly respectable. The entire experience so far has taken much stress and worry of my shoulders. THANKS ALL!!!
Was great. Called in, got a cancellation appointment to see Dr in one hour. Got to see Dr Bailey online without having to come into office. I had to have lab done, so came in later. The nurse who took it was excellent. No pain, got the draw on first stick, and didn’t leave a bruise!! She was fantastic! Thank you, Lisa
The entire labor and delivery and postpartum team are outstanding! Dr. Jones and the anesthesiologist Luke, made my C section go so incredibly smooth. I was seriously so happy with everything. Outstanding job on all parts. I could not be more thankful!
My most recent experience with Portneuf Medical Center was a mammogram in the mobile unit at the American Falls sight. They were very thorough, helpful and considerate. I especially appreciated how they explained each step of the procedure and preparation.
The nursing staff in the OR were very caring and kind. Anesthesiologist and rad tech were very professional yet friendly and kept me at ease during my procedure. Dr. Timothy Snell kept me informed throughout my procedure. Highly recommend Portneuf hospital, and Pain & Spine Specialists.
Went to the ER with severe stomach pains. Was told my gallbladder needed to come out and they talked me into staying the night and they would remove it in the morning. Morning comes and the surgery team comes in and talks me into doing it through their out-patient surgery center at a later date! I was talked into incurring additional costs, even after the pains subsided, by staying the night only to be told they were going to wait. Not a great experience and now I have the additional costs of staying the night at the hospital. I'm not sure what the motive or reason was for all of it because the surgery team didn't communicate that information to me.
The staff at Portneuf made my stay great. I went to have my baby and they made me feel welcomed and they were friendly and very caring. Always made sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything. I couldn't ask for greater people to care for me or my baby.
I have had exceptional patient care at Portneuf Medical Center by my specialists and also, when I have had outpatient surgeries, the entire care team. For office visits, I am always greeted with a smile and my wait time is very minimal. Office staff are phenomenal. My providers listen carefully to all my questions and explain to me in terms I understand and with compassion. When I have have had surgeries, I am greeted with a smile and checked on throughout the entire process to make sure I am comfortable. I meet with all of the surgical team. Sometimes I feel like I am the only patient given that the individual care for me is outstanding! I am not treated as if I am a case, but instead as an individual. All of the providers and staff at PMC work long hours and dedicate themselves to exceptional patient care. I used to live in large metropolitan cities and I truly believe that the care I receive at PMC surpasses that of major cities. To Portneuf Medical Center I say, "Well done!"
