So the big commercial drier on the very left cuts the dry short a few minutes after starting. Probably on other ones too. I put them both at the same time which was nearly an hour and came back to the other one stopped likely for the entire time since the first time I put in an hour and after a few minutes showed 3 minutes .It did this to me twice and the first time I thought I made a mistake so I took a picture of the time differences when I put more money in it. Then the woman even after showing her proof through pictures argued with me about it when I legit have proof these machines steal money. DONT COME HERE it’s already overpriced.
Great laundry, lots of washing machines for every need, small, big or huge loads. Good dryers too. Magazines available for reading while waiting.
Multiple ruined clothing items. No accountability from staff. My first time going here two of my delicate items were ruined. One had a metal accessory that simply did not come back. The other was a once worn item from VS that came back SHREDDED. Upon calling and asking about a refund or help restoring the items they were a bit rude and basically told me it's not their problem. Save yourself. Don't go here.
I haven't been here in weeks and they still haven't refilled the hand soap in the bathroom. GROSS. All 4 of the washers I used made my clothes smell like fish. I broke my laundry into smaller loads and the dryers failed to dry my clothes completely. The atm was out and they refuse to make othet coins into laundry. I told them my pillows weren't dry and that they smelled like fish and they blamed it on the type of pillow.
Friendly atmosphere, very affordable machines. Free WiFi. I was there on a Tuesday, after work and I was the only person there, by the time I left an hour later there were 2 other people doing laundry so definitely enough machines for everyone
Best spot to do laundry in town. Always super clean. Drop off service is also great.
I do Airbnb at my house and come in to do many loads at once 2-3 times a week. Machines are very powerful and I have never once had an issue with anything not working in the year plus I have been taking my laundry here. Sunny and Beth are two of the friendliest people you could come across and are always quick to help with anything you would need.
I dropped off my laundry for the wash and fold service and he price was incredibly reasonable. The lady that did the service was extremely polite and very accommodating to any of my needs for pick up time to fit my schedule. She washed, folded and hung my clothes all in the same day! The clothes look great! I highly recommend this place! Great service!
Our washer died and we both worked late. Got here at 7:30ish. They were getting ready for the last dry of the night, but Beth??? Let us in to do just a quick wash. We were able to get it done and get home. She and the PSL really saved the day.
Beth was the nicest, sweetest person. She made my day! Very clean, machines worked great!! Machines don't take credit cards yet, but they have change machines and an ATM. Best public laundry I've been to in Denver
