The mail carrier left a note saying that “an authorized recipient was not available” No one rang the doorbell, no one called the number, how could I authorize without anyone contacting me??????? Do I have magic or sth??????? And now I have to wait until tomorrow to pickup my package : It doesn’t make sense It’s your problem not mine!!!!!
This Post Office location is just lovely!! The employees are super friendly and always very nice to the customers. Compared to other locations nearby this is by far the best one.
If I could leave zero I would. Why make people wait for box supplies when you can easily fill them? 1 over aged teller on Tuesday morning and one person taping a box so slowly I thought they were dying. Yes, my time is important.
People are super nice. They seam to not have enough resources and wait times are long but they are doing the best they can and Im very grateful to them.
Not sure why this post office gets such low ratings, as it is the best one around. The employees are friendly and in a good mood every time I drop by. Can’t say that about most government institutions.
This is how careful they've become. They lost the contents as well as crushed the box. Never again. This was medicine for a sick friend. You've sickened me. 3/1 and they lose a gift sent to me for my birthday. Said delivered on 2/17 via tracking. I did not receive my package. Lady at the counter getting smarmy. Again. There should really be a major investigation into the Post Office... And public servants in customer service positions should never have an attitude towards what is essentially their own people. It's like having an attitude with oneself. EDIT: turns out they handed my package to somebody who wasn't me, so likely put the slip in the wrong box. They DO NOT CHECK IDS IF YOU ARE BRINGING A NOTICE FROM A PO BOX... Because nobody ever puts mail in the wrong slot at the Post Office... Thanks for giving my birthday present away.
Went midday and there was only one person at the desk helping out customers, but she was friendly and helpful. Everyone is wearing masks and there was plexiglass directly between staff and customers. While I was there a customer held open the door to keep some air flow, which I appreciate and it would have been nice for that door to have been open in the first place it was slightly chilly but not too bad. Agreed with other reviews that they are very understaffed, and there was a line that took some time to get through. Interior is pretty basic, just like other USPS locations...
If you come here, be ready to wait hours. There is only one person and she is super slow.
I want to give 0 star if I can. Notice was left at my mailbox, went to there to pick up at the time they notified, didn't have the packages for the next 4 days, the supervisor said he'd call other offices/hub to find out where the packages were - and he didn't. I understand it's probably due to a lazy driver's fault, but the employees keep passing the problem to next employee and so on. Your problem like finding your packages will never be solved at this station.
Good place to put packages you never want to see again. Everything I ship from this Post Office disappears forever. No amount of phone calls will resolve the never moving tracking info, and the recipient never gets what I sent them. Stick to UPS!
