Stopped delivering my packages due to a little snow and when I showed up to pick up my mail people ignored me at the front door waiting for me to leave
Old lady was very rude when we were trying to grab our mail that hasnt been delivered in days, and said that we were bothering her.
On 11/04/21 , my package got scanned as delivered while I was at home waiting for it, so I immediately went out to pick it up, but I didn't see it. So, I called the post office, an extremely rude WOMAN answered my call and said they didn't do anything wrong while yelling, so I asked her supervisor, but she said she is the supervisor, and when I was speaking, she hung up phone on me. UNBELIEVABLE!! Thank you USPS for hiring such Liar, Rude and Shameless person. Just filed a complaint against the person.
Great place to bring the US Mail to. I love my job.
