Walk in the door at 4:26 p.m. inside door was locked... the woman said we close at 4:30... I pull out my phone and said "it's 4:27"... if you want to close sooner, change your sign...anyway, she wouldn't let me in... I'm sure the door was locked way before I got there... this was today 12/30/2022 before closing time... I'll go somewhere else and hopefully whomever reads this does also...o
If I could have given zero stars I would have. I just stopped in this post office to return something. I didn’t get the persons name behind the counter but she was VERY rude. I needed to return something and she wouldn’t even take the time to talk to me to find out what I needed she just saw me with a box in my hand and started pointing me to somewhere else for priority mail. Which it wasn’t a priority package. The box wasn’t taped because I didn’t have any tape. I was hoping I could get just 1 piece of tape but she wants to sell me a roll of tape. People with attitudes like hers are a part of the reason post offices are becoming obsolete. She doesn’t deserve to work with the public. Horrible customer service.
I had a package picked up at my office out of this post office location that was "lost". The package was never scanned by the driver so there was no way to track it or put a trace on it. Despite having video evidence showing the package was picked up the manager of this post office wouldn't help me. The manager would not even respond to my emails. She just completely ignored me. The value of the contents inside the package was $400. Needless to say the manager here does not care one bit about customers. As far as the driver that picked up the package. Only God knows what you did with it. I can't comment on other post office locations but this one is a disgrace.
Too many days out of the year this place is not a functional business. It will be ROUTINELY closed or have one person working the front with waits of over thirty minutes. Mind you, that thirty minutes would be much longer if it weren't for tons of people bailing out of line and deciding to leave rather than wait. Probably 25% of people see the line and turn around and leave... what better evidence is there of a business not providing service than seeing that. Major issues with this place. Again, it is simply not a functional USPS.
This post office locks its doors before 4:30. This is outrageous. I don’t understand this mess if I was here before 4:30 you should not lock the door. Lock the door at 4:30 on the dot and service the clients that are inside instead of locking them out and ignoring them when they knock on the door. Idk who the worker was but she needs additional training or should be investigated for stealing time cause she definitely wasn’t working.
You can never be in and out , it's always one clerk no matter what. The line can be out the door and it has been and still no help from the back . The post office has no considerate for customers time
The lady arranged my shipments is really nice, very patient and welcome. The service is warmest I met in USA . I want increase the start of this office cause normally I did not have good experience by USPS
The WORST customer service ever!! LORNA GRIFFIN has the nastiest attitude & is very rude!! No wonder the USPS is failing. Its employees are the worst!!!!!!!! They fail to realize they NEED customers now more than ever. It's fine though, UPS & FEDEX will eventually take over
Older male works front part of the post office stanky sarcastic attitude. Don’t know if he’s trying to be funny like a sarcastic comedian or what, but I’ve seen how he’s talk to customers that comes in there and he comes off very rude. If you don’t like your job quit or retire Point blank..... Just because you’re having a bad day or don’t like what you’re doing don’t take it out on the customers we’re the reason you have a job .....Sir!
Worst location ever. The guy at the counter is very rude and lazy. He's not willing to read the address label himself, asking the customer to spell word by word for him. If you are not willing to work with labels, you should never work for the post office. Disappointed with the way they treat customers
