Ordered something for my boyfriend and it was marked as nondeliverable due to "No Such Address". Seems I'm not the only one having this issue. I ended up contacting USPS and filing a claim. I got a voicemail while at work from a Bermonica at Chimney Hills about getting a call when they have received his package, so he may go pick it up or have them redeliver. I've tried returning my call to Bermonica over 10 times and no one answers, AT ALL. I have no status updates, whatsoever.
I live an hour and a half from this location. For some reason the package I sent to a costumer was not delivered and online it says "return to sender". That was 11 days ago. I have called this location multiple times and they simply refuse to answer the phone. No idea where my package is or why it has not been returned to me yet but myself and my customer are not happy.
Worst office of all. Dont move to the 74137 or 74133 area codes because i jist was told 'due to my postal carrier having medical restrictions and me living upstairs my packages cant be delivered.' Im in an apartment complex half a mile long with another one bigger than us beside us! I have no car and now no cleaning supplies for my house. Redelivery? Not an option seeing as i have a mail carrier that cant so the job and also wont give up the route. Unfortunately amazon sent my stuff through the mail!
This Chimney Hill USPS location does not honor Redelivery requests. I submitted a request online, received a confirmation that my letter would be redelivered on July 26. It never happened. I called back to escalate and USPS created a service request, which means absolutely nothing because it's July 29 and I still do not have the letter that's supposed to be redelivered. When you call the local Chimney Hills phone number, it just rings and then finally you get a busy signal as though someone deliberately rejected the call. Very disappointed in how this USPS location operates.
Sent a package to a friend now they say it's being shipped back to me because of a barcode how'd it get from Washington state to the city he lives in if there's an issue with the barcode so I check tracking online and it says it's awaiting pickup at the post office and that the customer requested it which I didn't so I messaged my friend told him he said he went down there and they sent it back so I call the 1800 number and they tell me the same thing it's at chimney hill awaiting pickup. This place is an absolute mess. Remember when USPS set the standard for parcel services now they are the ones severely lacking and kind of standard.
Having a really hard time. They are supposed to deliver to our apartment because the office isnt taking packages in response to covid. Left a final notice that I have to pick up my package from the post office after zero attempts to deliver. After calling customer service and being told it would be redelivered saturday, here we are on Monday and no package. I've almost spent enough time to have been better off just buying 2 of this item myself instead of having it gifted to me. Cant reach a person at the office and you're going to send my package back on the 10th. All this because a lazy employee couldn't take 2 minutes? Get it together! I cant take off work to pick it up while you're open
This post office is terrible. I’ve been trying to call for almost an hour straight. They keep claiming that I asked for my mail to be held, but I never asked for that. When I finally got in touch with someone, they said it was fixed. Nothing is fixed. It’s now snowing and I will have to drive up there myself.
I have never had this much trouble with a post office. They did not deliver my mail due to an old tenants name still being in the mailbox. Fair enough, but when someone called me back I was told the issue had been fixed and that I should be receiving my mail. Two weeks later and I still have not received my mail. One of the pieces of mail being withheld from me is a check. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to answer the phone, as I have tried probably ten times now. The only way to get ahold of them is by email, and you MIGHT get a call back. I ended up having to have the person cancel the last check and resend a new one which should have arrived yesterday. I go to mailbox and there is a slip in there telling me that I missed a delivery and to reschedule for my delivery??? Excuse me! I work. I will never be home at any hour for them to be able to hand it off to me! I am absolutely furious at this point, and there is nothing I can do about it. It should be noted I haven’t received ANY mail since living in this apartment, and I have been here a month.
They delivered a package into my parcel locker at my apts on the sept. 14th but failed to put the key into my mailbox so I could get my package. I have called 3 times now and I keep getting told that they will have a key to me. It is now Oct. 4th and i STILL have yet to recieve a key!!!! Im getting super annoyed, I want the package i paid for!!
I just went to the USPS location which is open until 6pm as opposed to their dispatch center where you can pick up your packages and was helped by these amazing and friendliest ladies! I had previously stopped at a UPS and they were absolutely useless in helping me. This lady knew exactly what I was talking about, she was most knowledgeable and super helpful. Next time I have to go to the post office for anything I will make sure I go here!
