Lazy, incompetent workers. Giving people the run around with their packages they paid for. Can't be bothered to deliver to the apartment door because they don't wanna walk up 13 steps, unless they know you. Every other delivery service delivers packages to the door. But oh, no! Not the ones paid by taxpayers. Frustrating.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. if you use a wheelchair or need a ramp or wide enough doorway, the building owners refuse to install either, good luck, and find your way to Fort Wayne.
Everyone there is very kind and willing to help. I had an online purchase return with instructions/a label I wasnt familiar with. I walked in and the kind attendant took care of the rest.
A gorgeous old building with original post office mailboxes inside. The staff were extremely helpful to my friend getting a passport for the first time. Very friendly and good service.
Delivery times around 3:30-4pm when it used to be noon-2pm. Constantly having mail delivered to the wrong address, and its suspicious when its happened to rare and expensive items every other order through mail. Ive had to call and complain multiple times the past 2 years especially just to make sure my dang mail actually gets to me and not someone else.
I get tired of issues with packages. Got an email stating that they had an issue with delivery. They couldn’t access the porch or the driveway. But Tuesday they had no issues and the driveway was the same way. Funny isn’t it. Someone was home and there was only one car in the 4 car driveway. Seems like they were being lazy or just running behind and didn’t want to deal with it.
They've been delivering our mail late at night which is causing A LOT of problems for us. On top of it half our mail is always missing and we keep getting our neighbors mail and they keep getting my child support checks. Still waiting for mail to show so we can get our check and head to the store with our son.
Very slow!!! They need to get the lines moving by having people tape up their own boxes and fill out forms to the side if they are unprepared. There is also a high volume of passport appointments for large families occupying one of two staff members further slowing the line. Adding a third staff member to assist during passport appointments would be great.
The delivery of late has been an issue items schedule for delivery not arriving until 1 to 2 days later! I understand our postal carriers might have limited staffing but notification would be appreciated others wise their should be no excuses
We need a new mail lady. She seems to have a thing of if the package doesn't fit in the mail box she just drops it over the fence into the yard even if the weather is bad
