Delivered a 1300$ package with signature confirmation. Just left it on the front step. Absolutely did NOT get a signature. Didn't even knock. Terrible service.
Not the best postal workers all seem to be snappy and have general unlikeness towards public.
Had to buy some unnecessary stuff... Can't even get complimentary tape to tape up your boxes!?? I understand paying for the labels, weight of the box, and etc. $3.99 fo' tape I'll use once. I did let the lady in line with me you some tape for her package too... Might as well, most of us don't need to buy tape fo' $3.99.
The older old guy that’s answering the phone needs to retire!!! He is very rude, disrespectful. This post office been under staffed for months and still cannot deliver mail or packages to correct addresses! Please help advise new mail deliverers and package handlers ASAP!
The problem we're having is with the mail delivery... Lately they seem too delivery the mail when they want.. No one came Saturday 10/1/22 and it's 4:13 pm 10/3/22 and our out going mail is still in the mailbox... Not sure why this route has it's problems.. at times depending on the carrier they don't even look up to see if there is out going mail and we keep getting mail for the former tenants who are DECEASED and have been for 8 years .. I've brought this to the attention of the mail carriers and people at the post office and there is a sign right above the mailbox... Hope this gets resolved SOON..
Usps lost my collectors item package worth $300. The lady said she has been working here for 17 years and she couldn't help me find my package. Eventually she became furious with my refusal to accept oh well as an answer. She then said "if you don't like my answer I cannot help you you can do it yourself" and hang up on my. Terrible customer service, I have never been treated so poorly by a service provider. Extremely rude FEMALE Manager. FYI I got a call from the manager today to address this issue. The manager above the lady was extremely friendly and helpful.
Unprofessional we have called about packages being delivered and NOT being delivered to the correct address. Had a package arrive saying it was left at the front door/porch and now having to track it down because they either don’t leave it at the correct building, put it the mail box OR scan them into our package room. We have called about the package room and have been told they don’t have an hour to stand around and scan packages and give codes
Employees don’t know what services they provide and they do the very minimum. When my clerk asked another employee to help us because he didn’t know the answer, she literally put her hands up, shook her head no, and walked away into the back room. Avoid if possible.
First I'm gonna say I hope those leaving reviews on this post office aren't from my local community because you are all extremely racist and bigots who don't deserve to get your mail sent. The long term employees here are amazing and they get the line through fast. They even try to speed up the crazy people who get into the line and hold it up. Any problems I've read in the reviews here are almost always the customers fault and not USPS. Learn how to follow simple rules and commands and you'd be fine and your package would be delivered. Really sad that there are these people in my community that leave terrible reviews under their public name.
I stood in line for 20 minutes. There was only one postal clerk helping one customer. I took him 10 minutes. His next customer took at least 10 minutes as well. I was 6th in line. I have arthritis in both ankles and wasn't about to stand in line wincing from pain for an hour. They ought to have chairs for physically challenged customers!
