Sabrina went above and beyond when she helped me track down a missing package. She is the DEFINITION of excellent customer service and I can't thank her enough for her efforts!! Sabrina's exceptional professional abilities, initiative, and loyal devotion to duty reflected great credit upon herself and the United States Postal Service.
Need more people to help. Service was good.
Twice now I have dropped off prepaid packages here, and it takes up to a week to start tracking. It makes me look so bad as a seller. Avoid
I can't say they are overly friendly but I did learn that the "Informed Delivery" option shows mail that will be delivered but not necessarily on the specific day you see the imagine. The lady at the desk said to wait a few more days and she was right! I originally thought someone from that branch stole a very important piece of mail, I was wrong and wanted to clarify that!
I work at The Dunham School and we have not received mail nor has our out gong mail been picked up this week or last Thursday or Friday, several days I called our Postal Station to see if we could get someone to come pick up and no one answered the phone after their message so I called the 800 number and they said it would be a 35 minute wait to speak to an agent. This is ridiculous!!!!
Whenever I have to go to the post office to get my mail that was supposed to delivered a week ago.....and then it take 30 minutes.....yeah.....1 star is too much
Awful. Poor USPS woman at counter is ringing bell trying to get some help from her coworkers and no one will respond. They are walking behind the counter and blowing her and the customers off. The line is out the door. UPS please take Over!
The absolute worst at "delivering" your packages on time. I can't tell you how many times I've had them mark my item as "delivered", and then I get it 2 days later. I already have enough issues with making sure people don't steal my packages.
As I understand it, the government has knee-capped the USPS as of late, furloughing employees and removing resources to make the services less efficient. So I'm sure that has effected employee morale and maybe even led to layoffs. Well just to give you feedback; the representative I just interacted with seems to hate her job and doesn't appear to care for human interaction either. In this labor market I'm sure you can find another person who will appreciate working for you and allow that gratitude to show in their attitude with customers. I know at least a dozen people personally that need work, are competent in preforming this woman's job, and can represent your company 100x better than this woman. If she doesn't want to be there, help her out.
Arrived early and terminal was down so they were unable to open on time. However, the supervisor did come to the Dutch door to help those with simple drop off and pick up items. This helped to elevate the long line. But they need better equipment and more workers.
