The front staff at the post office are easily the most helpful and kind staff you’ll encounter in Faribault. Even during peak-hour lines, they don’t treat you like a burden like some places will. As with my mail carrier, he’s nice and goes above and beyond when asked particular questions regarding your deliveries. 5 stars for sure!
I have asked our new mail carrier to slow down on our road at least 15 time's and my daughter has also. It's 10 miles an hour and flies down doing 40 to 50 miles an hour. There are kid's and dog's. If he continues I would like him removed from this route. He plan doesn't care..
I am so unsatisfied with their service!! They have lost 3 of my packages DURING CHRISTMAS, and all they say is, "file a claim online." They know my packages did not have insurance senders did not think it would get lost since FEDEX/UPS never has these issues with my address. Gary said one thing to me and another to my husband unprofessional. Overall, very unpleased with their service and will no longer use them for sending/receiving packages. One package seems to be a mistake..3 boxes and then having two diff—stories is unacceptable. **I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THESE COMMENTS!! SEEMS LIKE THEY HAVE A TREND WITH MISSING PACKAGES!!
Rude. Selective with who they are kind too, apparently. I got shut down instantly without even telling them what I needed. Telling me they can’t scan the QR Code off my phone. When I never asked them too. I was talking to a specific teller when from a far another teller decided to chime in with “that’s for pick up only”. As I was trying to make a return. The return label was in my phone. So she insisted that I couldn't drop it off. I left went to UPS to print out the return label. To come back to her being cheery and helpful to the rest. I came back boxed my items gave them the return label and said THIS IS IN FACT FOR DROP OFF AS THE INSTRUCTIONS STATE! But of course I’m the rude one because I happened to prove “Ms. no it all” wrong when I came back the 2nd time.
I have a mail slot in the front of my house and since we have no snow anymore, every year, my mail isn't delivered for at least a month. Plus my packages aren't being delivered either due to "complications" from the grass. Ups, and fed ex actually goes to my back door and sets my packages on my back steps. The post office doesn't do that, so they freak out and bring it to the post office.
This post office is horrible. Our mailman doesn’t even come and knock on our door if something requires a signature and we get a card saying no one was available to sign for the package so they couldn’t deliver it and we watch them deliver the mail and they don’t get out of the truck then we have to go to the post office to pick up the package they should have delivered to begin with. This happens all the time along with getting our neighbors mail.
Mail man put in a package to big for my mailbox I couldn't get it out because it was shoved in asked if they can open the back so I can retrieve my mail. After being told he'll go back after his route and drop it off at my door I left my door open so I won't miss him. He shows up throws my package into my house not tossing it gently or slipping it in but he full blown throws it I watch it all happen as I'm sitting on the couch he doesn't say anything just walks away and drives off?? what horrible service wish I could put 0 starts down
Moved to Faribault 3-4 months ago and I made sure to correct my address on their website. Constantly I am not receiving packages that somehow end up in other peoples mailboxes or don't even show up even though their website says it was delivered. This location is very incompetent in getting mail delivered correctly. I think these other reviews only reinforce that.
Bruce helped set me up with a P.O. Box for our business quick and efficiently. He also helped me with the best shipping options for our packaging. Great staff and wonderful experiences every time i have to stop in. Thanks, Dusty.
Always have other people's mail in my mailbox after calling and going in there well over 5 times in just 2-3 months... very irritating.... also finding out my mail is getting sent to same house# but on the opposite side of town even though the address on the envelope is correct!!
