On Monday, July 31st around 7:30 PM, I noticed an old heavy set USPS man driving erratically by Underwood Drive. Hitting property markers, purposely driving over grass on neighboring properties along with sudden acceleration. Van # 2323619. There is multiple video footage of this occurring along with clear photos of the vehicle. This behavior is dangerous and should not be tolerated. This is the same driver that failed to look behind him as he quickly reversed into oncoming traffic out of a driveway. Could not get his attention until he was inches from our vehicle, even with the horn blasting. Absolutely unprofessional. We will all file a formal complaint regarding this USPS employee.
We had a great experience applying for a passport for our baby here in June 2022. The office was mostly empty, and the clerk who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. We were in and out in about ten minutes. One important heads up for passports however: bring your own photos—online it says they have photo service at this location, but the day we went they didn’t.
Yesterday I received an email stating an attempted delivery could not be made at 6:15pm because my front door was not accessible. I was home the entire time, no one came to even try to deliver and my front door is completely accessible. The post office email is a complete lie! There was never any attempt made.
Do not get your passport photos taken here! We had our daughters' photos taken here because it's where we had to do the application process. First, they had a stool and a simple white screen. It wasn't long enough for children so my girls had to stand on a stool that rotates. I had to crouch down and hold onto them so they didn't fall. Second, it's just an employee with a camera. I should have expected poor quality. Both photos got rejected as unacceptable and we had to re-submit them. Do yourself a favor and run across to the CVS to get the photo instead.
Completely incompetent. They hold on to packages for too long before they finally leave a notice, that's when they don't "lose" them. Your service depends on who helps you. Instead of admitting they don't know how to do something they just say you can't do it. Try again with someone else and all the sudden they can do it. We're also constantly getting other's mail in our box when the numbers are not similar at all. I'm glad for paperless options and UPS.

serious issues here with this post office, packages lost, they do not follow up with trying to locate lost packages, it seems that there are lots of lazy staff members, usually this has to do with bad management which would stem up to the postmaster. They are not very nice, rude, never happy, as if they are going to work there because they have to. Anyone that is not happy at their place of work is free to go wherever they would like.
Fire the postmaster here, disgraceful post office, bad customer service. I have called in the past when a package has not shown up, and given them the tracking number. They have stated rudely that it will do no good to call the post office that the package is stuck at. A major disgrace, if you have counter business go to Wainscott, much better.
I'd rather pick up my packages directly before they are delivered because it seems as if the mail lady can't read an address and continues to lose my mail in someone else's mailbox.. get it together seriously, you're being paid to deliver my mail on time and to the correct address so do it!
This is the loveliest post office ever! There is a pandemic ..can people just get over their self importance and have a little patience and kindness..are you not aware of the pressures that are being put on the post office?
