I honestly have no idea what the one star reviews are talking about, because my experience at this post office was nothing short of helpful and efficient. I had a care package to ship and first tried the self checkout kiosk but had an issue inputting the address, so I tried the desk. Even though one of the windows was closed, my wait was short, and I was able to get in and out within 5 minutes
I would give a zero if I could. These women were gossiping instead of helping customers. Once the line was long they began to help the people, but not once did they stop gossiping. The woman who helped didn't say a word to me. She would just raise her eyebrows and make faces at me when she wanted something from me. Then when the transaction was finished she did not hand my receipt, she threw it it at me. Very poor customer service. She refused to talk to me even though I asked her questions. Actions have to be taken with these women this is the lowest rated post office I have been to. If I would have known this post office has bad customers service I wouldn't have gone in.
Do not come to this place ever, the WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I have experienced. I paid for an express envelopes but didn't give me any stamp and bar code and refused to process my mail. The lady that's processing my order is not approaching she's almost yelling not just to me but to other costumers. I paid for my mail express envelopes and didn't get any stamps cause according to her she handed it to me. She handed me the label that needs to be filled out cause she said she can't process it yet without signing the label, so I didn't grab the stamp and the barcode. But when i get back to my surprise she accused me that I grabbed it. I tried explaining my side and pointed at the desk where I saw her placing it but instead she backed up with her hands up like she is becoming a victim. Her acting skills are on point tho. I was explaining calmly while she's yelling and keep telling everyone that I grabbed it over and over again, the manager came over and asks what happend and he said there's nothing they can do he said we can just dispute it from the bank. But I asked if they can give me another stamp cause I really need to mail it already but they said they can't cause they're closing. Like really? It's the very least thing they can do for me. It's a very simple logic if I paid for something I could have gotten something, but no I wasted my money and my time going to that place. So never ever again.
Horrible customer service at this location from Toya. Was told to go use a kiosk because she did not want to help customers today. Instead of helping customers Toya spent her time kicking out homeless people who pay for mailboxes to get their benefits. Toya needs retraining and a class on compassion for those who are in need.
By far the worse post office I've been to. I went in yesterday 06/01, when I say these ladies had caca faces and negative attitudes. Rude freaking people can't even ask them for help or a question. They start with their cacao expressions. I had to walk out cause these females were bad.
I would like to rate this place for 5 stars because all of them are awesome! My favorite manager Angela and my favorite deliver Gladys. My zip code is 92336, I have a lot of packages once a while, and they are always being patient and so helpful to me and my family! They are great people! My best place ever!
Never been to a USPS that refuses to tape a label to a box. They refused and had to buy the entire roll of tape to be able to tape up the label. They said it was policy but literally went last week and they taped up my label no problem.
I sent my husband for stamps today. They refused to sell him the qty of stamps. Made so many excuses. Pretty much this place does not like to make sales!
I've been in my new apartment less than 6 months, and I've already had 3 issues with the postal carriers from this location. In July 2022, I had to go to this office to find a package that was reported by the carrier that I wasn't home, when in fact, I was. On 11/03/22, the postal carrier indicated that a package was delivered 'in the box'. Every piece of mail, according to my 'Informed Delivery' account, was in my mail mox, but the package was not in my box. I called the Fontana Post Office, they contacted the postal carrier, and sent him back to put my package in my box. It was obviously clear he tried to get away with my package, but was unaware that I have an 'Informed Delivery' account. On 11/04/22, I was supposed to receive another package. I wasn't in my apartment, so the carrier marked it as recipient not available/no secure place to leave package. In my time here, I have seen multiple packages left at the front doors of apartments on my floor, from the USPS. In order for me to get my package, I had to go to the USPS website, and set a redelivery date. I did so, but the website wouldn't allow me to submit the redelivery date, as it tried to force me to get an 'Informed Delivery' account. I've had my 'Informed Delivery' account since late 2018, due the multiple thefts within the San Bernardino postal system. The Fontana USPS would not redeliver my package without my setting a new redelivery date. I went to the USPS facility, and when the female looked at the slip that was left, she immediately went into excuse mode. I couldn't get a word in to explain the problem with the USPS website. I left. I went back the next day, and the same female tried to back peddle her excuses, because I informed her that as a retired Army journalist, I would be contacting news agencies. The USPS literally was holding my package hostage, because I caught their postal carrier trying to steal my package, and I called them on the carpet about it. This facility has proven that they have a negative 5 trust rating! On March 02, 2023, I had another package coming in, as per my 'Informed Delivery' account. The same postal carrier from the incident on November 3, 2022, indicated that the package was in left in/at mailbox. When I went to check, the package was not there. The first time I called this post office, it rung for 2 minutes with no answer. I called back 5 minutes later. Jackie answered, got my information, put me on a long hold, so I went back to my mail box. Apparently, the mail carrier was not a happy camper, and just put my package on top of the mail boxes in the apartment building mail room. When Jackie came back on the line, I informed her that on the next incident like this, I will file a police report, and have this mail carrier arrested. There should be not one single person trusting the personnel that work at this facility
Worst customer service ever!!! I witnessed so much disrespect in the 10 minutes I was in there. Mainly from the younger African American female. Overheard her talking bad about customers to the other older female. Discriminatory towards those with sight impairment and language barriers.
