Carrier got a new taller vehicle now demands all the boxes in my neighborhood need to be raised all these boxes are in good working order just don't meet the standard for height they have decided to enforce after my box has been there for five years with no issue untill the carrier got a new taller vehicle so now my mail is being held. Pretty ridiculous. I called looking for leniency with no offer of compromise
Have had nothing but issues out of the local post office. packages delivered to the wrong apartment numbers, had packages stolen for a bit around Black Friday so mail was halted. After a few weeks we filled out the paperwork to get the mail sent to our address again instead of the post office but it was still being held. Then today the mail carrier not only delivers the package to the wrong apartment number but the complete wrong set of apartments on a Completely different road. They go back to get the package and the person that lives there already took it inside and wouldn’t come to the door. Yet they told me it’s on me to get it replaced by Amazon. Sounds like you need to get some competent mail carriers that can read addresses and numbers
I have lived in many places over 50+ years. The Forest City office is by far the most friendly, quickest service I have ever experienced. Very rarely do I wait more than 5 minutes for my turn. Routinely in other locations the wait is 10+ minutes while workers move like sloths. The FC employees are fast, efficient and readily call for back up as needed. KUDOS 28043 TEAM!!!!
I do a side gig selling online to supplement my income from disability which isn't even enough for monthly rent anywhere. My mail lady on the weekends NEVER scans my packages therefore they don't get tracked. Because of THIS I have lost more than $300 because whether these packages were delivered or not, the people who paid for them can claim it was never delivered because it shows that it was never shipped. It's near impossible to get in touch with any workers.... And she's even bypassed me on days I've requested pickups. I'm disabled and can't drive... Who does that???
Terrible service. I'm always home, but nobody ever brings my packages to me, except for Connie and this other lady. Joey needs to be retrained to learn how to deliver packages properly. Kudos to the ones who actually do their job right and deliver correctly.
Very rude and unpleasant people. Will not even deliver a package that doesn't fit in mail box. Always a note in box. Animal or other present. Not the case. Lazy is the case. Call on the phone no answer or you will get a very rude person. Sad times we have.
Friendly service & reasonable rates for shipping anything anywhere - they reliably get your package to its destination in, or under, the estimated delivery time, & they do it for usually only a few dollars. Government = well done, in this case!
Couldn’t even print me a label. And it was pre payed. Service like this is why China is taking over America. I guess this is the work u expect from rutherford co.
The postal service driver in my area doesn’t like doing her job and keeps returning mail saying it can’t be delivered.
Can't talk to anyone... Why didn't the package get delivered? Would be nice to be able to speak to someone... Worst Post office ever.. you suck
