Hello. I had gone to get my passport done today and I was in and out the 30 minute window for a passport appointment For 3 people. How? Bring every document of yoursand others if it’s more than yourself, even when you think you don’t need it, and make copies of it front to back and you’ll be in and out. Always bring an extra pen or two, BLACK. The lady that was there for my passport appointment was really nice and helpful. As long as you have EVERY DOCUMENT Originals and COPIES front to backyou’ll never know what they’ll ask for, everything will go smoothly at this post office for your passport appointment. No need to cause an argument if you don’t have the proper documentation needed, you’ll just have to come back. They have walk in hours or you’ll need to rescheduled your passport appointment for another time. Thank you for the calmest and quickest experience! You will need a lot of patience as well. It’s all about being prepared and having patience. Hope this helps.
I asked an employee to borrow a pen to sign something and the employee immediately began to yell at me about how their office is always losing pens because of customers stealing them and that is why he is refusing to loan me a pen to sign a document right in front of him. This actually caused quite a scene and in the end a sweet old lady in line loaned me a pen. Without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had.
Horrific customer service. I can’t believe the way they treat customers. It’s absolutely unacceptable. It takes a great deal to get me to write a bad review. If only doing so could actually change the culture at the Forest Hills Post office…
Bad customer service Two lady dark skin with curly hair chubby They refused to help or answer any questions and gave a usps envelope with no instructions/information On top that I had an appointment and they said no one was there in charge for renewing passport . Ended up going home alll frustrated 08/17/23 around 9am
It's rush hour at 4pm right now and they have 7 windows but only TWO people in the window. I came in at 3:55pm and came out 4:28 in what would have been a 2minute transaction to drop off mail. Like all reviews before this, this is totally ridiculous to have 2 PEOPLE working at a busy location during Rush Hour! People need to report this location using the receipt they give you otherwise nothing will change.
They are always nice, open in time, they really try to do everything fast and in a good way, I have been using this post office for more than a year and not complain.
At the window there’s a lady who’s with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Dark skin, curly, shoulder length hair, who worked 03/17/23, Friday 12:35pm, window 4 I believe As soon as I walked to window, even before I finish my first question, she already turn her head and started chat with other coworker and handed me pieces of paper which is nothing related with my question. All she answered was “I don’t know”, she didn’t let me finish not even one sentence but keep saying she doesn’t know. All I asked was where my mail goes if it’s sent to old address she said she doesn’t know more than 5 times. You work at post office and if you don’t know the system, who supposed to know???? Worst experience ever.
Terrible customer service. I ask for envelope they say I have to wait in the line and to fill out everything and go back in the line again to send it. They need serious training about how to treat customers
Used to be a dump-hole... but recently was overhauled significantly in venue and staff. Now the location is in good repair, and the staff friendly and efficient. There are computerized scales and vending machines for stamps. The lines have shortened drastically, with a floater asking those waiting if they come for a matter which he himself can attend such as picking up a package.
The manager the Asian woman here is awfully rude and unhelpful. The door remained open and she refused to help me in an emergency.TERRIBLE customer service!
