Terrible delivery times. The good money I pay for Amazon Prime doesn't matter to these idiots. My guaranteed 2 day shipping isn't honored by them. It's a 50/50 shot to go down there in person and pick it up because half the time I get the "oh it isn't sorted yet" and they always seem pissed when you ask. Maybe if they delivered my package on time I wouldn't have to to down there and pick it up. Amazon says my package is at the post office, yet their website says it's still all the way in Pittsburgh. To put the icing on the cake they've literally left a "sorry we missed you" note on my door without even bothering to ring my door bell or knock. Leaving me to have to jump in my vehicle and chase them down to get my package. My buddies driver on his street literally drives by half of the time because he doesn't feel like stopping. Then at the end of the week he gets a huge delivery of mail. From now on if given the option I'm selecting another carrier even if it costs more. I'm done with these guys.
Experience inside the building has always been phenomenal. However the driver for my route would skip my house just because he didn't feel like delivering that day and would make excuses. Made complaints over the phone multiple times and the issue was never resolved.
They're kind and friendly and always helpful
All around great customer service. Couldn’t find a better carrier service if I tried. I’ve never had any problem with late packages or rude workers. The gentleman whom delivers to me is always on time and always very polite. Would highly recommend.
I've dropped off mail/small packages and purchased stamps here before with no problems at all. I also receive mail through fredonia usps and they are always great about delivering packages, they have even turned around and came back a few minutes later, when they realized they forgot to deliver a package. Recently, my fiancé went to the DUNKIRK location to get our wedding invitations weighed for stamps and he asked if they could hand cancel 90 invitations as most wedding invitations are done, so that the machine doesn't ruin them. The woman looked at him like he was crazy and said "there's no way we're doing that" then proceeded to jam it through a test mock machine to see if it would fit. I'm glad I had asked the Fredonia location about hand cancelling previously, and they said they do it, and it's free of charge. When we brought them to the fredonia location to be mailed, the customer service was great!!! The woman smiled and acted like it was an everyday thing. No nasty looks or rude remarks. Very polite and happy to take them for us. With that being said, I definitely recommend the Fredonia location, especially if you have something important to mail.
The post office itself is great. Friendly service. Quick. My local delivery person has much to be improved upon. Delivers when he feels like it.
Much good many wow. Great place. Welcoming people and my mail guy is a staple in my day that I love seeing. Best part of my day
THE MAIL COMING AT 5:00 PM AT NIGHT OR LATER IS CRAZY, I NEVER SAW ANY THING LIKE THIS, IF YOUR WAITING FOR SOME THING IN THE MAIL YOU CANT DO NOTHING TILL THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE THE MAIL HERE COMES SO LATE

horrible service they always deliver to the wrong address and lost 2 of my packages then magically found one 2 months after
