Great, friendly staff. In addition to Parcels/ returns etc, they do: Stationery, Greeting Cards, Printing Services,Toys.. as well as Post Office "Locals" services such as Cash withdrawals & cash deposits &Travel Money also RECOMMEND.
Great service and staff The staff always provide great service and support. I am really happy to go to this post office often.
I paid for passport form check service & I got mistake in passport & I been post office they not accept mistake & rudely behave. Very disappointed for service & staff
If I could give more than 5 stars, I really would! : I think this Post Office, albeit a bit small for the community's needs is an asset to Green Street. It's a busy branch which is of course expected in Green Street but I never felt like I was being mugged off or disrespected as a customer. I've found my experience to be a lot better than the ironically bigger and better resourced Woodgrange Road Post Office. I've had a bit of a whirlwind of a day trying to figure out the easiest and quickest way to renew my passport. It didn't help that the Gov.UK servers which control the Digital Check and Send application with the Post Office weren't working. But the owner of the branch took my number and promised to call me once the service was back up and running so I could continue my application, allowing me to do other things on the day - and call he did. After my visits, I'm pleased to say the customer service in this particular branch is really great and personalised. Highly recommended. Thank you to the staff and owner for keeping the place running.
This place closed down not long ago, but it was so bad it deserves a review. From the second customers stepped in, they knew they would regret ever walking in. I don’t know what it was about this place that brought an instant sense of foreboding and regret, but when you saw the old guy with the glasses behind the sweets counter, he eyed everyone up as if he was facing his most formidable enemy. Even a simple question like “how much is the Snickers bar?” met with an angry response. The staff sitting behind the counters for Royal Mail must have had PhDs in being rude, and were always unhelpful, and spent ages talking to some of their friends that walked in, as customers waited in what seems to be never-ending queues. I think they closed because the management got too old and probably got paid off well by the new owners who reopened at a different site on Green St. I think the only good thing about this place was that sense of relief one experienced after leaving the place. The old guy with the glasses had thankfully retired, but if not, I would hate to think he continues to pioneer new ways of providing bad customer service.
Seema’s always amazing when I visit the Post Office. Very friendly, amazing at her job and provides a great service; performs the transaction in a fast manner rather than the rest who are so slow
I regularly use the services of this post office and am thrilled with the service I receive from one particular worker called Zain. He handles packages well and is always ready to help.
The lady working at Green Street post office is extremely rude and racist. She never talk properly, she's not professional at all. On top of that she also never does her work properly! If you can't talk to customers properly, fckin leave your job! You are not paid to be rude and roll your eyes on the customers!
Twenty days before I was send something here to pakistan but it's not arrived sham on your work they are not doing job will
Started a small business and went to the Green Street post office to drop off my first delivery. The guy there, Zain, was super friendly and even went as far as giving me a few tips on how to package up my parcels for which I am grateful for! When I go in now, he always says hello even if he's not serving me. Great guy!
