Tried dropping off packages that were pre labeled thinking it would make the life of the worker easier , he told me couldn’t because the max was 3 without some type of sheet . Makes zero sense and I’ve never had an issue . This place is one of the worst
It’s my neighborhood, post office, and the whole staff is really good and very friendly
The worst customer service I’ve ever experience. The gentleman taking care of the facility is so unhappy and miserable that I feel sorry for him. I hope he finds a job when he is content. Stopped at this location on two occasions , December 16th , & December 19th 2022. Both times the gentleman was effortless rude. Unbelievable!
Great customer service; went in to pick up a missed package. Staff located the package & was very courteous and respectful. Thank you so much!
Today I go to the post office to send a small box but the angry lady at the counter is frustrating to be served like this. I will never go back to this post office. I prefer to drive further, but to be treated fairly, I never asked for priority mail and she did it to charge more. what a lousy service I add a copy of my shipment
Attempted to return a prepaid package only to be turned away and told I had to go to FedEx. Went to FedEx only to be told it goes through USPS. Went to a different USPS and explained the situation and they confirmed they can accept it. Horrible customer service that can’t distinguish what packages they can and can’t accept.
I'd rate it no stars if i could. This government agency is on it's way out hopefully. The associates are lazy, managers are terrible at their job, and the drivers put the mail in wrong boxes... Just close your doors already and stop wasting my tax money...
Last year, I had a package with a DVD player stolen. It was marked as "delivered to front door," which I'm not even sure it was because I was home and no one even rang the bell AND the package would have easily fit inside of our locking package lockers, so it shouldn't have been delivered to the building door anyway. After hurrying home early from work to squeek in before the M-F 9-4pm hours, the manager was pretty non-plussed and never did call me back as promised. Now I ask all shippers to put a delivery note on the box saying "Please deliver to locked box or hold for pickup." This year, I had a package that said it was delivered to my locked box, but it wasn't. Again, I went over during the very inconvenient hours and spoke with a manager. She never called back. Thankfully, the carrier, who I spoke to while delivering mail, was more kind and suggested it may have been mis-delivered, and apologized if it was his fault. It turns out it was mis-delivered and a neighbor brought it by several days later. I frequently receive mail that is not for my address and see letters pinned to the community bulletin boards because they were incorrectly delivered to other people. As a result of these issues, I avoid ordering anything that might be delivered by this substation if I can. The only reason this is 2 stars and not one is that the staff have not been outright rude, though they mostly haven't been especially helpful either. Now, I put a hold on our mail while we were on vacation. The email I received clearly says that delivery would resume yesterday, which it didn't, and it says that I elected to have the accumulated mail delivered to me, which it hasn't been. When I tried to call the phone number given to me by the manager last time I had an issue there, the phone just rang busy. I'll keep trying, but this is rediculous.
Lol. I ordered some things from Amazon and was expecting them to be in today, Sunday, June 21, 2020. According to Amazon, they stated that USPS ran into some issues. I then checked the tracking and USPS stated that they attempted to deliver the goods at 4:45 pm today, but was unable to because they could not access the premise. I can assure you that the premise to the front door is easily accessible. No gates. Several people have been home. Terrific. Just terrific.
This post office is a disgrace to USPS. I used the USPS tracking information. The system told me the package was ready to be picked up at this location. I wanted to call USPS to confirm that the package actually was ready to pick up. The waiting time was estimated to 45 min. I then decided to drive to the pick-up location. To start with, there is NO assigned parking at this location, you will have to find a parking in the neighborhoods around it. It did not feel safe to park or walk in these neighborhoods. When I finally made it to the post office the clerk told me that the package is at the Fountain Valley’s hub. I showed him my printout that says it was ready for pickup at this location yesterday night. He then said: “It’s because the system code it to their location when it leaves the Fountain Valley location”. I told him that doesn’t make any sense, it says it arrived at this location 7:15pm last night. He replied: “Well I have 4 pallets of mail in the back that we have to go thru. Your package will be delivered tomorrow”. I replied: “How is a customer supposed to understand that when the tracking system says ready for pickup at this location, it means that it will be delivered tomorrow?” He said: “It’s just how it is.”
