They don’t even deserve one star. They leave packages outside your organization in the rain even though your door is right there and opened for them. This is regarding business mail.
This post office is absolutely horrible. Five times now I’ve paid for express shipping and on the day my package is supposed to be delivered it is not! After going to the post office I was told the same thing I’m always told that it will get to me by the end of the day and once again it has not! I don’t understand what the problem is how can someone be so lazy to not properly do his or her job. Now after leaving work three days in a row and being told my package would be delivered it still has not. I got the run around for three days and no one can find my package. I highly recommend using fed ex or ups for your packages because this is not the first time this has happened to me. Just wanted to leave an update. Nothing has changed. Since I’ve left this review I can’t even count on two hands how many packages I’ve had just vanish and never be delivered once arriving at the Harvey post office. The staff is clearly incompetent.
Used this drop off location and my package was lost valuable items. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. Drive a few more miles and use another USPS location.
Closed 10 minutes early, the lady literally saw me running to the door and ran to the door herself to lock it. Crazy.
They had the outrageous audacity to be closed the Monday before Christmas! That, combined wt the triflin' hours that they're BARELY open on Saddidays leads me to believe that this sure as shinola ain't the post office of my pappy!!
I went to the post office on Manhattan Saturday 2/2/19. I was exspecting a package and had not gotten it yet. It was tracked that it was left in my mailbox on 1/29 @4:45 however I have yet to receive it! The manager at the post office took my number down and said she will be calling me as to where my package is. I have yet to hear from anyone. This is the second time this has happened. i paid for that package and they don't even have the respect to let me know what is going on. I am not letting this go because of that.
It doesn't matter which post office anyone goes to the Manhattan Boulevard post office especially the Gretna post office located on Gretna Boulevard you can never get them to answer the phone everything is an inconvenience having to go there for simple question when it can be answered on the phone there never transparent and there are absolutely no help whatsoever they all should be fired and start up a new crew that actually wants to work instead of a government cushy job where no one can get fired because I all need to go and get a rocking chair
Always have to chase my mail down because it rarely gets delivered. Went to the post office two days in a row to try and get it. Today I went and spoke to the lady in the front named Jamie and she offered no help. Said no one was there that could help me. Wouldn't even look up my tracking number. Just brushed me to the side and said I could wait for someone but that no one would come .smdh. terrible service. Now I have to try again tomorrow.
The employees at the Harvey location have always been helpful and service is fast. The self-service kiosk is available after hours. USPS has consistently been the fastest and most reliable service for me, compared to FedEx or UPS.
This is the THIRD time they have lost a package. Went to the post office on Manhattan in Harvey & Supervisor never even came up to speak to me. The message on my phone says LEFT IN MAILBOX but nothing was there AS USUAL!!!!!!! Then I was told when the customer service rep went to speak to the supervisor that the supervisor said “ITS IN THE MAILBOX”. OBVIOUSLY IM IN HERE FOR A DAMN REASON CAUSE ITS NOT!!!!!!! Then I get told that someone will call me once they track down the driver. No one has called me & when I call them, no one answers. Someone better find my package. I’m spending money only for it to get LOST by USPS!!!!!!! This is ridiculous.
