It's a fine post office, closest to where I live. However they removed the 2 outside mailboxes, and locked the doors on Sundays so you can't access the inside drop-off. Would be nice to have an option to at least drop off mail on a Sunday. Maybe this review will save others a fruitless trip.
The woman with tats on her face is completely useless. Never in my life have I dealt with someone so useless and unhelpful. Literally could have just waited for me but left for some reason while helping me and then told me the other worker could help me. Was forced to come back because she left her co worker while there was 8 other people in line. Post office must be desperate to be hiring trash.
I love dropping off my packages at this location it's never too crowded and I don't have to wait in line to drop off. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Never big lines and they move quickly. They’re open longer than most post offices
Great customer service!
THE MANAGER, CHRIS, IS A VERY RUDE PERSON AND IS NOT WLLING TO HELP CUSTOMERS AT ALL. I mailed out my very important stuff to get my passport from another post office and I was not given a tracking number so I came to this location for help, the staff are nice EXCEPT the manager, his name is Chris and he is not willing to help AT ALL. he wanted me to call the post office that I mailed out my stuff for passport, which I did, but no one would speak to you since it's all robots on the call. So I asked him to do me favor and call that location since they are both post offices USPS but he rudely denied my request. I don't think a simple phone call to one of their branches would have been that hard for him to do. I had my receipt and receipt number, and it was the post office mistake that didn't give me a tracking number. and Chris the rude manager told that he can't help me if they didn't give me a tracking number. I asked this guy and literally said "if you could do me a FAVOR and call your other branch" which I wasn't even suppose to ask for a favor it is his JOB to help a customer with problem. So disappointed with USPS hiring these type of people and promoting to supervisors. Horrible service.
So apparently, our package was delivered Dec 4, 2021 at 7:47am to an address 2 blocks away from us. That’s not the worst though, the elderly home ownerwho was kind to bring it to us said our package was opened but completely empty. These were scholastic books that my 8yr old was waiting over a month for. How cruel and heartless could that delivery person be!! That same Dec 4, we also received a huge open, empty box that belongs to an address 2 blocks away. Why and what’s going on?
I like this USPS location because it is usually empty, and most of the employees are very helpful and respectful. The only exception is the Asian lady who tends to be mean and clueless. For example, I give her a box with a pre-label to be returned to a business, and she asks "What do you want me to do?" Then I wonder whether she is able to read the label. Another example, I bring to her a package that I am refusing, and I let her know that I am returning it, and she again asks, "What do you want me to do?" Then I have to repeat and explain, and she just frowns letting me know how annoyed she is. I wish I could give a five star to this location, but this person always ruins my visit at USPS.
Saturday I went to mail a package and was waiting in line. There came in a lady without mask. I work in medical field so I mentioned to the Spanish clerk who helped me with my package later. To my big surprise he told me with a loud voice it is not his business and he doesn't care about people coming in without the mask and he doesn't want to hear this kind of complains!!! I couldn't believe his reaction and his being so rude and careless. In this time of pandemic obviously you can't be a danger to other peoples health but in this post office the employees don't care about you. This post office sucks!
I also had to interact with the Asian female employee. I am Asian myself, and I felt very rushed when she told me to hurry up after less than one minute with her due to the line behind me. She spent several minutes with the customer before!! In fact, she was complaining about her salary publicly. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Perhaps my openly queer identity upset her, but I don't wish that experience on anyone.
