This post office is okay but the person who is supposed to deliver sucks and is keeping my mail. It's been 1 month I have not received any mail. They need responsible workers not lazy people. Pretty annoying that person needs to get Fired. Supervisor doesn't know what he's doing or saying. I was told my mail would be delivered today never was. He was worried to much about getting out and smoking a cigarette. They need professional workers there. Not even worth 1 star
staff were very kind and nice in dealing with an 80 year old Karen who came in to complain. unfortunately, the manager was out dealing with an accident, and she was throwing a tantrum and wouldn't leave without complaining to the manager and was walking around the whole office complaining to customers. the staff kindly told her to take a seat and not cause so much commotion, but there was a young boy and his father sitting on the bench. she righteously marched up to them and rudely told him "You know you're supposed to give up your seat to the elderly right?". the father told her that she could have just asked nicely and she shouted at him to "Go back to your country"... the staff did end up having to notify the police because she would not stop being rude to customers and causing ruckus, but they were so nice in trying to help her even though she was being crazy and racist, and they also helped stand up for the boy by telling her to stop bullying the kid. great service in trying to calmly mitigate a Karen's racist rant and unreasonable behavior!
Came in for a new passport, best experience at a postal service so far! The staff were friendly and very amiable, I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. Even when I forgot to bring my photo they were very understanding and allowed me go back for it. Like I mentioned to earlier, great experience would come again.
Shout out to Ms. Marilyn San Jose She’s the Sales, Service and Distribution Associate working at USPS Temple City Store. I accidentally left my keys when I opened my mail box. Thank god she’s the one who found my keys and she put it inside my postal box. I am so worried its because the whole bunch of keys are very important to me. She saved the day. She’s my angel and my savior. I have been with this Postal Store for the past 15 years, And all the people working there are amazing, and most of them retire already. Again thank you so much Marilyn for all the good things you do! God Blessed You! Maraming Salamat Ate!
Don't come here to do your passport. The clerk showed up 40 minutes late to our appointment. Then she took 4 applicants before us because she showed up late. We waited almost 2 hours to do our passports. Best part was she didn't even apologize for being late. Stupid lady needs to be fired.
Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Kelsey. She is the best representation of great customer service, I wished there more people like Kelsey in the world. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, she explained everything with great detail and always with a smile. The Temple City post office is so fortunate to have such a great employee.
Out of ALL the post office locations I had visited, this had to be the worst one. The postal workers had quite the attitude, and when I was about to help my friend overseas take an image of his package for him, as what I usually do, I was yelled at and I was told that photography was not allowed. If I was not allowed to take an image of my own package that I was sending, why isn't there a sign that prohibits photography? When I visit other post offices, I was able to take an image of the packages I am sending out without a problem. Would I want to visit this post office again? Probably not. Edit 7/14/2023: This post office still sucks, however I might have found another post office that is worse.
I love this post office so much. The people are never rude to me and I am a frequent person that visits. I rent a box from them. The wait time reflects on how much business they are getting. Sometimes it is long but there are times when it is slow. They do well I don't understand why this place has a low review because they do have good customer service.
Good service!! Had a appointment for passport, employee was fast and helpful. Was done in less than 20 minutes, very fast and efficient.!
The service of the counter staff is very good, but the new postman who delivers the letter is very lazy our packages and letters requiring signatures never make it to our door. Rosemead Blvd Temple City, CA 91780
