Went there to get my passport photo for renewal. Both clerks who worked with me were so kind and helpful! I was a bit worried about making sure I did this correctly. However, this experience was no stress at all! They went out of their way to assist me and helped me get my passport application sent in. Also, while I was working with them someone came in just to thank them for helping with their passport previously and to tell them it was successfully sent to them just in time for their trip! I definitely recommend this location : D
Awful experience with one the clerks named Erika. Terrible customer service, incredibly rude with a bad attitude upon walking to her window, failure to answer basic questions or offer guidance through the passport procedures. Overall felt unwelcome in a public establishment and surprised someone with obvious disregard to customers experiences is working at the front desk.
Very helpful getting my passport renewed. Call and make a appointment in and out in 15 minutes.
I sent a package out 3 weeks ago and it vanished, I have placed two cases trying to figure out where it is and every time I call they just bounce me to someone else and file a new case. not to mention that some of their employees are just flat out rude and offer zero help.
Nice, large post office with an attentive staff, and adequate parking. I've never had to wait very long here. It's a clean, safe place. One wonders what experiences you've had that led you to read a review of a post office. Are you that bored?
Website say open until 5, door says open until 5 but 445 is too late to buy shipping supplies. Useless.
Clerk at counter Bullied me into paying for their mistake, never in my life have I experienced such horrible service than by him. Also, my mail was opened and Glued shut on several pieces from several different businesses proving it happened at this facility.
Always a pleasure doing business there. The staff knows me and we joke around. Some of the people who go there are unpleasant, especially with COVID restrictions and limits in the building.
Mail is not being delivered. There is no reason for this . Days I receive nothing then I receive a box of flyers . Are you holding mail and delivering it when the mood strikes you . This is absurd
I've lived in Easthampton almost 20 years. Always excellent service by all the staff and all the carriers. An excellent facil;ity and an asset to the city.
