You can try self-service, print shipping labels buy postage stamps, make copies or send warm wishes. You can even rent a a box and more at The United States post office located in Gahanna. Even though it was approaching closing time, they still exhibited friendly service, and Mrs. Pam is fantastic!! Very helpful. Kids came in to shop a package and didn’t know what to do, she explained and even told him if he ran out of time which post office was open later. I love her she gave me information where I can send and receive postcards from around the world. so happy I decided to stop at this post office to mail my Dental recertification she is fantastic. They get busy near closing time, so be prepared when you get to the counter. Thanks Pam!
Had trouble locating a package that said it had been sent to another facility. They sent me here. I was in a terrible mood when I arrived, however the lady working the front desk was a total sweetheart. She got me to laugh, and even though we still couldn’t find my package, she told me she would put my information aside and look into it that evening with another coworker to figure it out and was doing this for another package as well!. She really helped not only my mood, but my confidence that we would find my package. I wish I had caught her name so I could give credit where it’s due! Visited today, around 11:20
We went to have our passport information turned in today and met by far our favorite USPS employee ever! Pam walked us through the process and made it enjoyable for my wife, my young sons and myself. She had us laughing while getting things done way more efficiently than I am used to any government agency ever doing before. Pam is what every USPS interaction should be like!
Staff is unhelpful and rude. Go somewhere else if you need to talk to a postal worker. It's fine if you're doing self service. I don't write reviews unless places are exceptionally bad or exceptionally good and unfortunately this place is the former. Honestly, the people who work there should be fired for incompetence and their poor demeanor.
Came to pick up a package that was supposedly being held here. The woman working the desk was rude and nasty. She angrily told me “there’s no way it’s being held here” and offered no additional help. Then asked for my address, so I showed her my ID thinking she was going to put it into the computer, and she rolls her eyes and rudely replies, “you couldn’t just tell me it?” Whomever runs this location needs to reevaluate your staff- there is absolutely NO reason to act this way toward customers and, based off other recent reviews, this behavior seems to be the norm.
Terrible service at the front desk, bad attitude and horrific work ethic. Tried to pick up a package 2 separate times with no luck. I actually ran into the route driver/deliverer on my way back from the post office. He said the package was taken to the office the day prior. Interesting how that works out?? Still wondering where it went.
Whoever the owner is of this post office seriously needs to reevaluate their employee. I don’t know what her name is but she was SUPER rude TO EVERYONE and answered no questions and wouldn’t even bother putting in anyone’s tracking numbers. Rude and lazy. I really hope you get someone new in there or your business will be hurt. I almost want to call corporate.
Not sure why all the negative comments. I had a very friendly visit with helpful staff. It definitely has a hometown vibe. Every customer walking in was also very thankful for the staff. I get that no one likes bureaucracy, but if you act nice, the world will be nice back. Maybe you'll get what you want that way.
I have had very peasant experiences with this office. I ship several items a week and the staff is very courteous. They do have an electronic Kiosk open 24 hours with a drop bin for smaller packages which is very convenient. For larger items I use the counter and the staff is always friendly and answers any of my questions. I am leaving five stars as my overall experience has been very pleasant.
Easy and quick service Have come here multiple times , certain times - if crowd is more, it becomes tough If crowd is less, easy to talk and interact with friendly service Parking is less as it’s small complex Cake walk is nearby Close by to Hamilton road
