06/05/23 Passport. Very helpful and kind. The gentleman who helped me was awesome. They take photos here so you don't have to go to CVS. Setting up a appointment was simple and easy.
This post office is the worst post office I have ever experienced in all my 50 years of living on this Earth they lose your stuff and don't care about that I got my package a year later they couldn't find it once it hit their station if I could give them one star I would but I can't it's a shame that I live in the zip code that I live in because I'm forced to have them as my post office what a bummer
Joke of a usps refusing to deliver to an apartment complex. You have all the codes and an elevator available at your disposal but don’t worry I’ll continue eating off the floor because your drivers refuse to deliver to anyone at this complex and say “attempted delivery but mailbox was full” and above all else your hours are when people work and are closed Saturdays and Sundays. Fantastic job doing what you’re not supposed to do.
I went in for a passport appointment for my kid. Process was easy and Mr Randolph was very courteous and helpful. I was in and out in 15 mins.
I had a package that was attempted to be delivered, the tracking said local post office delay. So I went there to pick up the package, the counter person said I had a ups tracking number. So I went to ups, they said my package was at the post office I came from. I waited a few days to see if it would come, It has been 12 days and not one letter or documentation on to where my package is. I searched online and saw that I was supposed to be sent a redelivery notice which I never got in the mail. I went to the post office twice and no luck, I can’t schedule a redelivery because I don’t have the right tracking number without the notice. The people are nice but are of no help. I don’t know what to do. Update:12/11/21 I was refunded and reshiped the items that were available to, the package was lost. Thank you morphe :
I was supposed to have a package delivered but it never arrived yet when I checked the tracking it say it couldn't be delivered due to animal interface at 6:24pm. First I don't own any animals and second I was pulling up to my house at the time and there was no sign of the mail person anywhere. Update: 8/26/19 The tracking number for a package I was supposed to receive said it was delivered on 8/24. Nothing was delivered that day called this morning and the guy on the phone needs to take lessons in customer service he was very rude and refused to explain to me why my package said it was delivered on Saturday when he claimed that it was being delivered today. He basically yelled at me for asking for an explanation. Update: 1/22/2020 Haven't received mail in 2 days even though informed delivery says I should have and when I called I get hung up on, or the phone just rings.
I made a simple transaction . Change of address and they found away to mess that up. Sending my mail to another address and never sent me my mail. And they say be be patient. They move slow I’ve been her for at least 15 . Went to one line to see how to fix the problem and the lady don’t know how to fix it so move down and hangout so the man next to me could help you. And he’s been with a customer for about as long as I been in line and he’s been her before me and I’m still waiting and the sales associate feels like he’s moving extra slow . Lord be with me .
Friendly people that are willing to work with you, answer questions, and even give you tips on how to go about things. No issues whenever I go here. Just try to go about things in a friendly manner and I'm sure you'll get the same kind of response and service back. Thank you USPS people! I know what it's like when people aren't hesitant to shoot the messenger. Customer service can be intense. Keep going strong!
Older woman with the short hair could use refresher training on customer service and how to talk to people. She’s ok normally but if you have any problem with your transaction or questions she tends to be cold and harsh. And when people walk in without a mask tell them to get one right away not after they wait several minutes in line for nothing.
After unsuccessful attempts to get in to apply for a passport at three other post office locations, this one was the first that was nice, helpful and had a working camera! And I could just walk in without an appointment. The man who helped me was thorough and friendly. A nice change of pace after the other three places whose cameras were broken or they were totally booked up.
