Packages coming from this post office always seem to have some kind of delay, and that wouldn’t be a problem if it weren’t for the type of workers they employ here. Anytime you come up here to question about a package, they get combative and condescending while trying to dismiss you. It’s almost as if they get some kind of sick delight telling you that you have to wait extra days for your mail. I get post offices can get extremely busy, but people aren’t coming up there for picnics and we are already dealing with stress. No need to add additional stress with unwarranted attitudes.
Went to pick up my mail because my apartment complex is changing out our mailboxes, the clerk at the front desk was so rude and dismissive, I would not recommend this post office, they have terrible customer service here.
The worst post office I ever seen they steal your Mail and act like you never had nothing come, then when you try to do a claim you have to go through the most just to tell the claim departments they never seen me come in, just close the whole place down and if I could have gave 9 stars I would
Horrible customer service most times I’m in there staff is really rude and disrespectful. Constantly Losing mail. I will be looking at canceling my P.O. Box soon
Just shut the place down. They make no attempt to knock, they lose mail, they give it to the wrong addresses, they have no customer service, they leave notes saying failed delivery without specifying why then expect you to come get it despite the note saying redeliver and etc. I paid 75 usd shipping for a 30 usd item and now are on hold for an hour. Why not knock? Why not leave the item? Why make it take 10 minutes before even being put on hold? Why not redeliver?
Where's the negative rating this place so deserves? Got a card in my mail box of package no one was here to deliver to. Interesting as I waved hello to carrier, who waved back to me sitting on chair in driveway 15 feet from mailbox. Delivery was at 7 pm, post office is long closed. Call them the next morning, they have my package waiting for me on supervisor's desk, come and get it. I'm there to pick up package 45 minutes later. I am told it sat there too long and they returned it to sender in Pennsylvania. Utter incompetence, lay it at the feet of unqualified post master who just doesn't care and should NOT have this job they are being paid way too much for. Post master's bad attitude extends to supervisory management then to employees. Long list of bad reviews proves this. Won't get better, got no other choices when shipper will only use this NON service. But we can vent here. I ask most all my shippers to use any one else but P.O.. most do, because of this.
I was using the post office while waiting for my children, and I was met by a post office employee who informed me that I could not pick up my kids in the lot. When I tried to explain the circumstance and get clarification, she flippantly that’s the nice way to say something else responded, “Your kids are YOUR problem” without letting me speak before she stormed off. I know such workers don’t care about these complaints, but it really lends credence to the fact that some members of our society are devolving, and it’s scary that such people have government jobs.
Horrible customer service. I was trying to get confirmation and verification of an address change. One of the window attendant's and especially the manager was extremely rude, unprofessional inconsiderate of my concerns and questions. I will never recommend nor visit this location again. Hopefully they can receive better and more training. That no one has to experience such inappropriate customer interactions.
Worst experience ever having to pick up a package. What is wrong with this place???
The man at the counter was so helpful. He answered my questions and was so polite.
