I called the post office and someone kept hanging up on me. Someone eventually answered and then just moved stuff around and wouldn’t respond. If you don’t want to work find a new job. This post office is one of the worse ones I’ve ever had to deal with. We can’t even get our own mailbox and haven’t gotten our mail at the new address. Please fire these people and replace them with competent people. I wish something more could be done.

They literally keep losing my packages. Nothing is safe in their hands!

Constantly get other people's mail in my mail box

I got a notification that my package delivery was attempted could not access my front door. My front door, back door and mailbox are completely 100% accessible always have been always will be. Now this very important package I was looking for will not be delivered until tuesday. Because of memorial day weekend. The attempt was at 3:48 pm so I looked at both my camera's facing the front yard and there was not even traffic driving by at that time. So I would say someone was in a hurry to get off work. Well the picked their career so they should do their job.

2 packages in less than 3 weeks were lost by this v post office. The first package was delivered at my mailbox but where I have a community mailbox, packages go into a larger parcel bin and I'm supposed to get a key in my box to open it, well someone else got my key therefore they also got my package. Yesterday Feb 13 2021 my wife had ordered limited edition bourbon, we sent to my parents house cause they're retired and always home and also because someone 21 years old or older had to sign for the package. No one signed for the package and it wasn't delivered to my parents.  My first package I wasn't to concerned about, Amazon refunded my money. My wife's bourbon was limited edition only 500 bottles made and imported from France, not really something I can replace.

If I could do zero stars I would. They are constantly losing my packages! When I call to ask about where my packages are I’m just told they don’t have it, and that I should contact the company and get a new package sent to me.  I’ve asked that they bring my packages to my house but they claim there is nowhere to turn around which is not true because UPS comes there about 3 times a week and they have no problem turning around. Today they left our community mailbox unlocked and all the mail for everyone on our road exposed. They simply don’t care.

Lawrenceburg mailman… please! STOP ripping my letters open & poking finger holes in my packages to see if it’s stealing worthy. Thanks. Much appreciated.

I have never had any packages lost through the mail in my 40 years of living in Lexington!  I've had at least 3 packages in the last 6/9 months. Luckily they have found them, they have delivered then to the wrong address each time!!!

It's difficult enough to make it to the Post Office during their business hours 9-12 on Saturday? Really?, but today I learned do not even expect them to honor their hours when they closed 15 minutes early. If I had anywhere else to go, I would.

I was supposed to receive a package yesterday instead got a message saying my house was not accessible I'm 20 feet from the road driveway and side walk is completely clear I have a camera the mail didn't even run threw our neighborhood there supposed to be open rite now no one will answer phone they deserve zero star
