My one star is for the only nice man I have encountered here. Every single time I come in the woman with short black hair is so rude. I wanted help with my package before I sealed it off incase I mess up & had to reopen it so it wasn’t sealed when I got called up. She rudely told the nice guy I should have got sent to the back of the line again since there is a “long” line of people… there was not that many people behind me. She definitely could have said it nice & directly to me. Very rude & unprofessional.
A package that was sent to me was missing my street address. I found out about it shortly after it shipped, and was able to track it until it got to the post office. The final tracking update said that the item could not be delivered nor returned to sender, so it was "disposed of". I had been waiting weeks for this package, and it wasn't cheap, either. I went to the post office, told them what happened, and they promptly looked through their packages until they found it! The supervisor I didn't get his name, sorry must have been looking for a good 10-15 minutes. That's a significant chunk of time for a single package, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the effort!
I absolutely hate going here, I use non-government agencies for my shopping 89% of the time but when they get too expensive...I am forced to deal with these people. First thing in morning they open, 1 teller to help 10 people, and it stayed that way for the entire 30 minutes I stood in line waiting. They don't package anything for you, they don't tell you how to do anything before you go up to the counter, so if you didn't do it right then you got to go back and get back in line... This place is a joke
Too often we hear the trope that Postal Service workers are disgruntled and rude, but that has never been my experience at this location. The staff here are always helpful and willing to answer questions. Glad we have this team in our local area.
I have never had such amazing customer service at the postal office before. My wedding ring got lost in the mail, they tracked it down, and went above and beyond. Thank you so so much for being so amazing!!!
As always long lines, tired and rude staff, and worst service. Mail box for dropping big packages is out of order since last 30+ days and they have no idea when it will get fixed.
I came to the USPS store at 8:30 am and there was already a long line of people. There were only 2 workers trying to help costumes . Unfortunately, there is not a good CS and wish they had more organized way helping customers. Some lady came 3rd time for the package and was told it has not arrived yet.
Because I have 2 online businesses, a P.O. Box and loads of incoming packages, I am at this post office several times a week. They have always been very helpful with me! It is a tough job that they do and customers often come in already angry and frustrated. A little kindess and patience goes a long way! Thanks for all you do! LB
If I could give it zero stars I would. The employee Jae was incredibly rude to us from the beginning of our service. She tried to start by saying I couldn't return a package at all and tried to refuse my service instead of explaining I could just pay $12 fee and it would be fine. She tried to keep my package behind the counter and refused our service entirely. We had to get a supervisor to help us who was very friendly and helped us return the package with no issue. I would steer clear of this place as much as you can and don't interact with Jae. Worst customer service experience in my whole life.
Ying served me at the counter today, and she seemed very rude throughout the whole process. The usps delivery guy returned my package to the sender by mistake. It is a really bad USPS postal office! Counter employee of this post office hates customers and acted as if they want to get you out of the building as soon as possible. They start by being rude and even refusing to listen to the issue.
